We arrived and the room was terrible the tub did not drain the fridge was not working and defrosted into the pan breeding flies and the hot water on the sink did not come on at all. They did move us to another room that was better but that tub drained slow too and the smoke alarm erouneously went off at 11 pm waking us all up and scaring our grandaughter. I didn't realize untill the next day that they put us in a room with 2 full beds instead of 2 queen beds in our reservation. We did not want to move again so I didn't say anything that is on me.The pool area was not too well taken care of. On a positive note the Breakfast area was well taken care of by that attendant and well stocked.

We found a hair elastic in the bed and did not know before booking that the bathroom vanity is actually not located in the bathroom? It's in the main area of the room, so there is a lack of privacy when getting ready, brushing teeth, doing make-up etc. especially when someone else is trying to sleep.

The staff were amazing. They were available to assist whenever they could. Housekeeping is not good. Our floors were dirty and bedding had some damage to it. The beds are really high off the ground. If you are short you will struggle to get into bed. Breakfast was the all star in this hotel. Amazing coffee, bagels, eggs, toast, waffles, sausage, all the drinks, and lots of seating. I probably would not stay here again and would pay more for a cleaner and more up to date facility.

Lady checking me in stopped half way through to text someone on her personal phone. Floors were so sticky in the room. Cops had to be called in so it was loud and crazy. Tried getting refunded due to my kids being terribly sick at home. Something I couldn’t control. One was admitted just after I got home. A day earlier than planned. I understand I didn’t get insurance but this was totally unexpected. Expedia was wonderful in trying to help.

The rooms are ok but got out of the shower and my feet turned dirty from the floor which was sort of gross. The staff are friendly. The pool water is green and extremely cold. There is trash all around the outside of the building like people emptied trash cans then didn't move the bags to a dumpster. The fluffy little waffles at breakfast were pretty good. The sausage and eggs were terrible. I probably wont be back there are too many other options in the area to bother with this one again. Some at an even better price.

Very clean and friendly staff. My only issue was A deposit was required to stay there of 100. My prepayment of the room by credit card should suffice to track me down if I trashed the room but was an extra charge after the fact upon check in.

Area location not eye pleasing - but safe and the room is what counts 👍

I booked two rooms, one room door was so hard to open, bedsheets had stain, floors were sticky, the other room toilet has issue, pillows seems old. The worst part no elevator.

The room was nicely renovated but I think having some blinds on the window would help darken the room for sleeping. Also, the bathtub should be refurbished or replaced. The floors were really nice. Great not having carpet. The fridge in our room was more like a freezer because it froze our bottles of water that we had in there. Nothing too major and we would certainly stay here again.

Disappointed by Pool and Cleanliness Issues – Wouldn’t Return
I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised an indoor pool, but unfortunately the pool was unusable during my entire 3-night stay—it was green and clearly not being maintained. That was a big letdown, as having access to a pool was a major reason I chose this property.
There were several other issues throughout the stay. The trash bins outside and in the lobby by the vending machines were overflowing the entire time. By the time I checked out on the 4th day, the lobby trash was so full you couldn’t even add anything else. The ice machine was also leaking water across the floor, creating a potential slipping hazard.
On a more positive note, breakfast was decent and had a few hot options. I just wish they had included some fresh fruit like apples, oranges, or bananas for a healthier option.
Overall, the hotel needs better maintenance and attention to cleanliness. I don’t see myself returning unless significant improvements are made.
