The room was not clean. They did not clean it after I stayed there the first night. The floors were not clean. One of the elevators was out of order. Had to walk all the way to the other side to go down. No amenities at all. They said the will email me a copy of the invoice, never got one!

Arrived a little less than 2 hours before check-in time of 4pm and was told I would only be able to check in early for a $30 fee, which was not listed anywhere ahead of time. Multiple other customers were also complaining about the fee considering a lot of people were in town for an event and that it was so close to the normal check-in time. We decided to come back later to check in because of this and when we arrived there was a line spanning the entire lobby to check in. At first, there was only one person working the desk until the manager finally showed up to help. It took over 30 mins to finally check in, with others taking almost an hour. We also overheard many people not having their rooms ready yet despite it being the designated check-in time. We were also told that the restaurant, pool and hot tub were all closed, when it was advertised prior to arrival that these amenities were all open. After checking out, I noticed later that there was an extra $85 charged to my card (which was not the incidentals fee). I called and spoke to someone at the desk who said it was accidentally charged, which is completely inappropriate. During the check-in process we also overheard many people complaining about extra charges, so not sure what this hotel is trying to do since the charge likely would have stayed if I hadn't complained about it. Overall, would never stay at this hotel again and would recommend others find another place to stay as well.

Upon arriving, they did not have salt down. Its was very slippery. Got into the room and it was not very clean. There was hair on the sheets. The tubs wasn’t very clean and neither was the toilet. We asked the staff for new sheets so we just laid on top of the new sheets. Toilet kept flooding. The latch to secure the door was also broken but we had someone come fix it. The staff was nice though and did their best to accommodate us. They were super busy the entire stay and the line at check in always stayed very long

This hotel could definitely use an upgrade. The time it took to get checked in was ridiculous.. I'd say it's okay if you have no other choice because all other hotels are booked up. Otherwise, you would be smart to choose somewhere else.

My expectations were not high being that this hotel is rated 3 stars, HOWEVER, the reason i reserved a room there is due to the amenities. I was looking forward to heading down to the bar and enjoying some drinks with my husband before our other planned events. I find out at check-in that the bar is closed for renovations. While i was disappointed, i was still looking forward to the pool and hot tub on site. Newsflash, hot tub and pool were also closed. I wish this would have been advertised better prior to my stay. I can tell they are working hard to give the Radisson a facelift so kudos there. Staff was friendly otherwise, elevator was sketchy, but room was comfortable and mostly clean for my standards.

We were told the ownership just changed over two weeks ago and boy, do they not know what they’re doing. Were there any employees actually working? None of us waiting in the lobby knew. The rooms were not clean, it didn’t even look like the bedding and towels were changed out. All in all, I’d recommend not staying there.

Never going back! Elevator was constantly broke down which is bad when you have young kids and your on a higher level. The pool was cold the hot tub was green and nasty looking with dirty looking foam on top the surrounding areas were not clean at all the window had green algae on it. The toilet was having problems in the room and the bathroom floor didn't look like it was cleaned from the people before us there was toilet paper on the floor under the sink. Location was great for what we were doing, But we had 6th floor room hotel has 2 elevators and the one I got stuck in our 2nd night there and we heard from people that others had gotten stuck at least 4 times. Pool was freezing cold, hot tub was like 85degrees and the pool room was not heated well.

We were surprised to find out that the property had just changed ownership a few days before our arrival. They were still trying to honor reservations, but the restaurant was closed. The room we were i had some minor issues, but overall wasn't bad and worked for our one night stay. The hotel definitely didn't look to be fully booked, so i would think the new owners would go out of their way to impress the guests, but we didn't feel that was the case.
