I liked this hotel staff was very awesome hotel was very quiet room was vwry nice but it's been like 2 weeks qnd I haven't got my deposit back yet it just keeps saying pending

Everything was great. Except the sink in the bathroom would clog and the back of the toilet wouldn’t fill up with water. So I had to take it off and make it flush and fill up with water.

I enjoyed My Stay Very Much! The grounds offered such a Great scenery and relaxing atmosphere! I'm really excited to see how the renovation goes as I know it will be even a Better place to choose to stay. Thanks to All of the Staff for a Great Stay! 😊

An older property, has been tidied up here and there. Low end caliber on the Radisson scale, but more than adequate for a night or two. Quiet, safe, good bed and A/C. Large TV. Really all you need for a comfortable stay.

We never got our room. We went there to stay for a concert. When we walked in there were 10 people waiting to check in. After waiting for 20 minutes they finally told us that their system has been down for hours and don’t know which rooms are available and not available. After the front desk got off the phone with comcast they said it would be back up at 7:30pm. So we left for the concert and came back at midnight we left a family go in front of use to check in because of the little kids. Once we got up we were told there was no more rooms available besides one that has been closed for months. After waiting so long for a room we decided to go ahead and make the drive home.

Internet was down on June 13, 2025 so they could not check me it at 4:15 pm. I came back after concert at 11:15, same problem. They said they would issue refund, but have not. Tried calling Saturday and today, but nobody cared to answer. Worst customer service I have ever experienced from a Radisson

When we got there around 7:30 pm on Friday, 6/13, the hotel itself seemed pretty nice, the staff seemed very friendly, but they had a sign out front saying delay check in because they had no internet. They actually still checked us in by looking at our booking confirmation on my phone, and selecting a room based off that and wrote out name, and room number on a sheet of paper. When we went to go to our room which happened to be on the 5th floor, the elevators sounded like they were going to breakdown, but it still seemed nice, the room was clean etc. We brought a small bag cooler with some drinks for while we are in the room since we were there from Friday - Sunday but the frig did not work at all and during the night there was a lamp that kept flashing out of no where like it was taking photos of us. Saturday morning, I went down to the front desk to let them know about the lamp and frig. The lady said their internet is down and she wrote my name, phone number and room number. Said people was checking out and she can move us rooms once a room id cleaned and would call us once it was cleaned. Needless to say we never got a call, and she asked us to unplug the lamp and put it in the hall for cleaning. That evening, I went down to grab something COLD to drink from their little store and lets just say the lobby was packed with people trying to check in, there was NO one to be found and their camera for the store was pointing to the ceiling. upon check out system still down.

Arrived late in the evening, called motel and let them know, receptionist said it was fine took our names to verify our reservation, when we arrived we were told no rooms left so we were unable to check in, we had no where to go as everthing in the area was fully booked, my daughter slept in the vehicle, my sister and myself put 2 chairs together in lobby and slept on them, my son slept on the floor and the other 2 stayed awake all night in chairs, the second night I was given a room that was not cleaned there was garbage in the baskets, bed unmade, no clean linens in bathroom they were all lying on the bathroom floor, went back down to lobby to request another room and no one was around, nor did they answer the bell, after waiting for a bit with no service I had no other choice but to stay in the room assigned, upon checking out i told the reception that my room wasnt cleaned from the previous night and that i came back down to lobby to get another 1 but no one was around her reply was "he left" the best way I can discribe my stay was a total disaster

The shower wouldn’t drain, along with the bathroom sink. The tables were dirty. Shower head also sprayed water out of the side onto the floor. I should NOT have to pay to stay in a room and end up cleaning it myself. The front desk wouldn’t answer any calls I made to tell them about the issues either. I went downstairs to talk to someone and the line was 15-20 people long so I wasn’t able to tell them there either.

Booked our stay 3 months in advance - we came to town for the John Ball Zoo Lantern Festival. Got reminder emails days prior for last chance at cancelling, then another for confirmation. Nothing about any issues prior to our arrival. Arrived to check in and there was a line of patrons at the desk and no staff in sight but a sign on the desk that said “check-in delayed until 7:30p”. One of the guests in the line informed us they had been trying to check in for 2 days and had to stay at an alternate hotel the previous night. We went to dinner to kill some time and returned after 7:30 and successfully checked in however they had to use an alternate system because their system was still down - they hand wrote our card information and assured us they were storing it in a safe until they could run the card for payment. The room itself was not in the best shape - stains on the bathroom ceiling and toilet seat, hair on the bedding and a toe or fingernail clipping on the floor. Felt like I couldn’t walk barefoot. Did not want to use the shower. Looked up reviews which caused us to spend the night worried about bed bugs (luckily saw no signs of any and did not have any bites but still not a great way to sleep). Also got a “riverfront” room which hardly had a view of the river. Other guests we encountered shared worse experiences - getting locked out of their rooms, having to find an alternate stay. It was honestly pure chaos. Really hoping we don’t get charged for our room at all.

When we got there the systems were down and they were doing everything by hand. I understand that isn’t their fault but they were disorganized and weren’t even keeping track of the rooms they assigned. The attitude of one of the works was bad although I understand the situation, it is still a hospitality position. They also asked me to come back down to check in, which I did 3 times and still wasn’t able to. Someone was rarely at the front desk and the system was down for much longer than it should have been. I paid a lot of money for a room that had a terrible view as well. Not worth the price, do not recommend staying here. I won’t be returning.
