Radisson Hotel Santa Maria

It quite alright but when there’s no construction going on. What’s worse is they never really clean the rooms or service them. #407 to be exact the heater doesn’t work or has never worked also the last time they cleaned the air might of been several years ago.

limited dining made it inconvenient

They are doing construction on the property. But we still like the location abd property

They are in the middle of remodeling, just a bit noisy

Unfortunately the pool and jacuzzi was out of order.

Nice hotel but need to replace the old worn out mattress.

Smelly rooms & corridors. Hotel is being remodeled so jack hammers start at 7:00am. Was told that this remodel will take 14-18 months. Check in was easy and efficient.

Unfortunately the hotel is in need of some major renovations and the good thing is that they are working on renovations. But sadly when we checked into the suite their was a missing smoke detector, only exposed wires, no thermostat in the room, just the wall plate where it should have been. Overall the room was in bad shape. Marie the hotel manager was very helpful as well as the gentleman working the front desk. We did not end up staying in the room due to these concerns

With construction and no gym and limited dining, what more is there to say?

Need to have continental breakfast and complimentary coffee tea available other than in room

The bedroom was big and the service was good

it was peaceful

We like the location. and plenty of parking

the room was really gross , dog prints on the sheets the floor was stained the a/c didnt work correctly

The hotel was safe and the staff are kind. But, I was disappointed with the state of the room and lack of action to resolve. They also stated on their wedsite that they had complimentary breakfast available but we were told it was $22 per person by the server. When we asked the front desk they said "We only have complimentary breakfast if you book direct with us and you booked through Expedia. Hot Tub was also broken. Large dark stains on the floor Lamp shade broken and tilted Weird stains all over toilet seat and cover A hinge on a mirror in the bathroom also broken Sheet rock screws holding wood pannel on below the sink. I spoke multiple times with the front desk. They were nice and said they would have a manager contact me. Nobody contacted me. After speaking with 2 hosts still no further contact. We were told after the fact thay the hotel and normal restaurant is under construction.

Affordability. It's a but far from points of interest which is Solvang.

The location was convenient however, the hotel is extremely run down with remodeling happening. The room we received smelled strongly like cigarettes and heater was not working. When I called front desk she was rude and non accommodating. Had to complain multiple times before giving us a room until the following day which had a working heater and didn't smell however still dirty. Would not stay here again ever.
