Radisson Hotel Santa Maria

It’s a serviceable hotel. Beds were comphy. Hotel is getting old.

PARENTS — AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!! The moment we walked in there were tarps plastered all over the wall, immediately made us feel uneasy. The first room they gave us was disgusting. The wallpaper was peeling, black mold caked in the windowsill, and there was leftover food (pieces of sausage) on the floor from the previous guest. I have a toddler who puts everything in her mouth and they clearly didn’t bother cleaning this room so we requested another. The second room was just as bad: more black mold, our sink had a black ring inside of it from the last guests & it filled with disgusting water anytime we tried to use it. The shower was completely dysfunctional. The absolute worst part of this stay… While my 2-year-old daughter was playing on the desk chair, I noticed something sticking out of the cushion. When I picked it up with a bag, I was horrified to find a cut straw covered in drug residue. If I had not caught this in time, my child would have put it in her mouth as any 2 year old would with a straw. I have never felt more horrified, disgusted, and absolutely furious in my life. This was the most horrifying hotel stay I have ever experienced. The lack of cleanliness, mold, loud construction, and DRUG PARAPHERNALIA IN OUR ROOM made this place completely unsafe. If you have children, value your health, or care about safety, DO NOT STAY HERE. Spend the extra money for a safe and clean hotel—this place is not worth the risk!

The staff was friendly. The rooms were big and spacious! Nice to have a pool.

It was the worst experience. We stayed there on 14 February night. Our room heater was not working, and even after complaining to the front desk they did not send any one to fix nor changed our room. The room was so cold, we could barely sleep. I never had this kind of experience. The lady in the front desk was rude and was not even paying attention. I guess they hate their job, which is understandable . But the service!!! Omg!! So bad!!! The room was dirty, had water damage and bad odor. We arrived late and had no option but to stay the night there after 6 hours of driving. Worst hotel experience, till to date. Not recommended.

This property is under construction. The rooms they have left are dirty, stained carpet and stinks Had to change room and when we did the thermostat was broken so they brought us a space heater. No kitchen!

#400 if you stay there be ware that the bath back fills. And the air filter has never been cleaned. You can the all build up of lint.

There was construction going on in the hotel, which we were not told about before we arrived. The noise began at 7 am. The cold water didn't work for almost 24 hours, which meant the water was only very, very hot. Management was invisible during most of the day. They did offer us $50 reduction in room rate. But still, the problem was not properly handled.

Its my 3rd stay here and i really enjoy staying here and everythin gis close by. Like shopping and eating places. They are renovating right now, but its wasnt too bad for us.

Customer service

The hotel was under renovation. Our room had stained and torn carpeting we did not feel comfortable walking on barefoot. Portions of the hallways were boarded up. Overall, pretty shabby situation for the price.

It quite alright but when there’s no construction going on. What’s worse is they never really clean the rooms or service them. #407 to be exact the heater doesn’t work or has never worked also the last time they cleaned the air might of been several years ago.

They are doing construction on the property. But we still like the location abd property

They are in the middle of remodeling, just a bit noisy

Unfortunately the pool and jacuzzi was out of order.

Nice hotel but need to replace the old worn out mattress.
