Feel safe parking my car trailer there. It's away from local foot traffic and the parking lot isn't easily visible from the street. Staff is aways great. Hotel is under renovation (furniture needs it) so there is construction activities. Food in restaraunt is good.

Very clean, convenient, and even though hotel is under renovation it is still fairly quiet. Great price too.

We were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a big letdown. The hotel is currently undergoing major construction - something we were not informed of at the time of booking.
There were tarps everywhere, construction equipment all over the property, and loud hammering that started at 7 a.m., which completely ruined any chance of a restful morning.
Adding to our frustration, the swimming pool was completely drained and unusable
- again, with no notice in advance. We had actually pushed our stay back by a week, and were charged an extra $130 for the date change, only to arrive and find the hotel in this condition.
For the price we paid, we expected a relaxing and enjoyable experience, not a construction zone. I believe some form of compensation would be more than fair given the circumstances and lack of transparency.
Very disappointed.

They were doing construction to most of the hotel (not advertised ANYWHERE). Construction Crews were loud, blasted music all day. The pool and hot tub were closed, the Restaraunt was closed and the staff was rude. Never coming back here again.

Property is old and run down. They are in the process of renovating the rooms but we were not informed until check in. Lots of construction noise and activity going on. We wanted a room in the second floor but they couldn't accommodate us due to renovations going on so we were placed in a handicapped room on the ground floor. This room has lighting issues.

I wrote how the toilet was stopped up and the head board fell off the wall onto me and never got a response from hotels dot com. We asked them to comp the room and that we would have to go back to hotel.com. We asked for a recite and was told to talk to you again. What are you going to do about this.

I paid to stay weekend was told had nothing available for my family and I to do at hotel every thing was closed and was not informed till arriving. The hotel room was not complete air vents loose and dirt and mold in spots. Was not happy about my stay.

Property is under heavy renovation right now. Looks like it should have been done a lot sooner. My bathroom door would not close and there was a lot visible water damage in my bedroom. Im sure this will be rectified upon the project completion.

Very thin walls, I could hear our noisy neighbors all through the night. 1 front desk person was friendly otherwise everyone else was severely lacking in hospitality. Major construction going on, the hotel felt empty and cold.

Where do I start. The bathroom towels had hair on it. The faucet was loose and would not turn easy. Shower faucet water was either really hot or cold. Carpet was stained and nasty. I thought people said it had good reviews. I will never come back it was horrible.
