The water park was a lot of fun! It was also right across the street from the venue we went to so that was amazing!

The hotel was good, everyone was super friendly. Room was a little dirty, we were missing the back of our remote, and very thin walls so you could hear everything. But would definitely stay again.

The elevator was broken both trips we stayed so we had to carry all of our luggage to the 2nd floor. No swimming for us-the pool water was green.

The water park smelled like cat pee and the bar was closed down, check in was a nightmare and the employee kept entering my card expiration date wrong and refusing to check us into our room, the room was clean but did not have a sofa as advertised so myself and my two boys all shared the king size bed.

I like that they are close to the airport and they were able to accommodate me when their shuttle to the airport didn’t meet up with my airline departure and arrival times. I really like the fact that there’s a restaurant right there. The outside parking lot had trash which I don’t like. The staff in the restaurant and at the front desk we’re both very helpful to me.

The ladies at the front desk were very nice, but this hotel was not worth the $240 we paid for one night. The first room they put us in had a brken key pad, so you could just open the door without a key. There was also a 1 inch gap between the floor at the bottom of the door. They moved us to another room that was similar. Very very outdated. The faucet in the bathroom was hanging on by the thread. The walls and ceiling were all paper thin. The highlight was Boston's! The restaurant was really good!

The property was nice. As an older people, we wish two things would have been different:
1. The bed was difficult to get into because it was so high off of the floor - the bed was too tall!
2. The toilet was very old and outdated and it was so low to the ground - the toilet was too short!
So the next time you remodel, could you address these issues?

Was ok beds soft and comfy was unable to use the elevator my wife is disabled and doesn't walk with out assistance and it took her several minutes to get up to our room and then get back down to our car to get to our Dr appointment

WiFi did not work in room. No Regular coffee in rooms. Front desk said either buy coffee from machine or go to restaurant for regular coffee. Went to restaurant and couldn’t get anyone to talk to to even get coffee. Service at restaurant last night was poor as well. They let kids of all ages in the hot tub. Rooms are run down. Will not be back here again.
