I was jet-lagged from The ocean a helicopter ride plane rides boat rides and etc and I kept dropping things because I couldn't get a handle on my hands but the staff was very friendly and helped me along and took care of me what a great experience

The water park was a lot of fun! It was also right across the street from the venue we went to so that was amazing!

The hotel rented us a room that wasn’t supposed to be rented and they acted like it was are problem. The second night house keeping didn’t clean the room as requested and only took out the trash!

The lady working at the front desk was exceptionally unhelpful at checkin. There were no pool towels so we had to use our room towels, which was fine, except that we asked twice for more towels and never got any. I’ve stayed here a lot and a year ago I would’ve given this hotel 4 stars but it’s gone downhill so badly.

My family of 6 (4 kids) stayed at this hotel for the fact of the child friendly pools and a separate baby pool. First night was packed and big kids going down the baby pool slide and kept pushing my 2 year old over so we had to quit swimming. Day 2, baby pool closed because heater wasn’t working. We went and told the front that we were missing bar soap from our sink and was informed they don’t provide that anymore just body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Second day was expected to have our room cleaned came back and it wasn’t. Went and informed the front desk and they said that you have to specifically request that, so we did and left for about 3 hours and came back with nothing done. We had to empty our trash, clean up wet towels and go get new towels and didn’t even have toilet paper. For the price of this room for 2 nights it was a total rip off. So thankful the city of Sioux Falls was so amazing, but we will not be back to this hotel.

Place was nice and it was clean. But we stayed here for the Pool area and when we arrived the Waterslide pool was empty and the kids pool with slides was closed as well. And the AC unit in the room was terrible. Ran all night on high and in the morning it was still warm in the room and very humid.

The pictures online must be older because the hotel is very outdated and run down compare to what we saw online when booking. Our room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. The vent outside the bathroom door appears to be growing black mold. Would not recommend due to the lack of cleanliness.

Great place for the kids. Cheap rate with expedia.
Request a pool view. Was on very end with a wall view. Went to wash my hands there was no bar soap. Only bottle was used shampoo. Went to front desk said they don't have any.
Restaurant food was good. Arcade was nice. Lots pools and decent hot tub
