Our stay was wonderful the pools & dining areas is where we spent most of our time. Jon has such great communication & people skills. He introduced himself and made us feel wanted at the hotel. He & the other staff made our stay worth our while. When I was in line checking in Jon tried to attend to everyone and made everyone very comfortable. Me & my family will definitely be spending another weekend at the red lion

We have had a great experience. From the minute we got here . The lovely ladies at reception to the people cleaning the rooms even the young men who do maintenance. Everyone has been so friendly . Rooms are very spacious. We brought our pup . All staff has been awesome with him who has encountered him.. they even put us in a room that has walk out to the yard perfect for taking pup out to potty . We have enjoyed lots of time by the pool. It’s very clean .

Great stay. Lots of fun things to do at hotel like , basketball, pool tables, badminton and even a playground near outdoor pool for the kiddos. My family had a great time and we would come stay again in the future. Thank you to red lion hotel for accommodating our stay and letting us extend it!

Tv sound system didn’t work properly, the shower stinked like it needed some salts added to it.
The ceiling looked dirty. The desk in the room you could tell it had water damage overall the room was dim and not impressive the cost of the room and the front desk people were super nice though. But this place looks very run down compared to the pictures shown online.

Room 513 omits a foul odor, which wreaked of rotten eggs. The bed did not have a comforter, neither the bedding for the pullout sofa. The bathroom provided one wash cloth for four individuals. The carpet in elevator haven’t been vacuumed in months, the grilled salmon on the salad had an absolute bland taste for $25. The bar maids were excellent

My kids loved the outdoor playground and pool area .And i know parents will aprreciate a nice relaxing day by the pool knowing the kids are still having a blast without spending any aditional money for that entertainment! I wasn’t sure what to expect but the reviews were great and it was just a short distance to the park and stadium. It’s an older hotel but don’t let that deter you. We were immediately greeted by friendly and welcoming staff, the room was clean, the temperature in the room was perfect. The morning breakfast was lovely and service was great! We will definitely be back!

We decided to stay based on reviews. But apon entering strong Marijuana smell, lady was nice. Price steep for not having a free breakfest. The IT helping me get on wifi screamed at me on the phone very very upsetting we almost left at 10 at night to find a new hotel if i didnt have young kids we would of left.. Desk and areas tacky to the touch, stains on the blankets, shower head leaked everywhere. Indoor pool not very accessible for a 4 year old and we wanted a pool to enjoy and didnt get to. Cords from wall laying on floor inbetween the beds. Would not recommend to family or friends even people we dont know.

I stayed here for 2 days and overall enjoyed my stay! The staff was over the top nice! I’ve stayed at many hotels across the US and this hotel has been the only one that called up to my room 20 minutes after check in to make sure I was okay and didn’t need anything.
I will say the rooms have a little old smell to them mixed with a smell of smoke. You can tell the rooms are older. The hotel itself is huge with a lot of different amenities that were great.
The location is amazing. It’s right across from a huge plaza with a Target, etc. on the other said is a Sheetz, Chic fil a, and so much more. Also only 20 mins from Hersheypark.
The parking was great as they have a huge parking lot.
