They stay was amazing the younger man that does nights at the front desk was rude when checking in. And beyond just being plain out rude he ran my debit card 4 times so instead of a 75 deposit it was a 300 and the guy could care less very rude an unkind.

Our room was great and it looked like it had recently been remodeled. Some of the hotel is in the middle of a refresh and looks a little rough but the main entrance, breakfast area and or room was an A . I would stay here again as it was a very good value.

We booked this property because one of the specific amenities was the hot tub. We come out west to ski every year ant this is one of the things we look for in our stay. There was no notification that the hot tub was not available. I even called to confirm 2 weeks ahead it was and was when i booked the trip Jan 9th. We got in at 11pm on Monday only to find out it was under construction. The Hotel offered to cancel our reservation but that really didn't help at that point.

Staff was friendly. Second time we have stayed here in last few years. The pool/hot tub were still “under construction” however they appeared in working order. They put us on the third floor with the working elevator on the opposite side of the hotel and the closest stairs “out of order”. The room was missing furniture and outlets by where they put a lamp. The hotel was not full so not sure why they put us in the room they did. Gave the hotel a second chance and won’t give it a third.

Wonderfully warm welcome upon entry, and the entire hotel was quite homey. The breakfast area was gorgeous and the food plentiful. Even checking out was a positive, smooth experience!

The place is lovely. Unfortunately we chose this place for the pool but currently the pool is under renovation. It does have a gym and adjoins a mall and small casino though, so there are perks. Staff is terrific.

Made reservations at this hotel for the pool and hot tub. Get there to check in just to be told that the pool and hot tub area are under construction. The front Desk emplyee stated that the company just posted the information on their website after a number of complaints from guests. Will not be using any Red Lion hotel again.

We were very disappointed upon check in to find out the pool and hot tub were closed. The hotel is old and dated but the beds were comfortable and it was clean.
