The hotel has great amenities to enjoy from. Love the shuttle service is very convenient. The hotel is close to restaurants and shops. The breakfast is ok not too bad for complementary.

Walking distance to Depot Park and Kalispell Main Street Historic District. Allie at the front desk was amazing also Ryan. Free breakfast every morning. Coffee, tea and popcorn in the lobby. Thank you.

Our bathtub didn’t drain, the floor needed a good carpet cleaning, there were crumbs on the bed when we first entered the room, there were no pool towels
I had to sit at the counter for over 15 minutes and once the staff should up he was cold and rude

My room was very nice and clean. The location is downtown which is very convenient. There is shuttle service to the airport, but you must reserve in advance. They are lax in answering the phone, but very nice people at the desk. They provide nice breakfast options.

Breakfast was decent the pool was good; unfortunately, the first night the herd of bison (Montana) in the room above us didn’t go to pasture until 1:30 am.
