Nice hotel, clean. Friendly staff. The outdoor pool was perfect on a hot day. The jets in the hot tub were not working great but clean and hot. There is a great breakfast included and a restaurant and bar located in the hotel as well

This hotel had wonderfully comfortable beds. But we could not sleep cause there were dozens of teens staying in wing we were in and very loud. Staff could not move us and didn’t bother talking to group. Check in folks were wonderful during the day, night staff was rude. Breakfast was downright inedible. Carpets torn and bumpy - trip hazard. Pool area was packed and closed to early. Pool area smelled like poop in 95 degree heat. Folks were eating inside fence of pool and was totally gross and disrespectful to others. Staff notified but nothing was done Patio door was open and unlocked, ground floor, upon arrival. Tesla charges were a major bonus!!! Lots of parking and amenities close by.

With a patio door on the first floor, this was the perfect place to stay in with one of our Labradors. It was easy to take her out, was without carpets so any potential "accidents" could be cleaned easily (none happened), and had no pet odor whatsoever. I think they might be in the midst of a remodel, but there was no problem with that at all. I recommend!

Reserved a Premium King room on Expedia to be paid at hotel. When I arrived there was no Premium King room available. I was offered a tower queen and charged for the Premium King. When I checked online there were no Premium King rooms available all week so I left the hotel. Was told by supervisor that there would be an adjustment for the cost of the room and there never was. Was told the construction workers like the tower queen rooms.???

It was a very noisy weekend at this hotel and nobody would answer phones at the front desk to deal with it - tried calling each night and nobody would respond. Field a complaint with the hotel and it took 4 days to get a response.
