Great overall stay. Room was clean & comfortable. Quick check in & out. Staff very nice.

The cabinet was filled with saw dust , not a small amount the entire shelf was covered. The remote would only change the tv when about 2 feet away. The pillows were stained. I actually went and purchased 2 pillows, a blanket and a sheet to cover the bed completely

Not so great. No breakfast was provided. Blanket was diety with yello spot of curry sa uce. Associte on duty was informed . He promised to replace with clean one but it did not happen . In this competetative market if you want to stay in business you have to do much better than now.

My stay at the Red Roof Inn was frustrating from start to finish. There was no mirror in the bathroom, forcing my partner to shave using an ice bucket and the room’s main mirror. The shelf by the sink and the remote control were both held together with duct tape, and the lamp base was covered in rust.
Housekeeping never came during our stay, and I was told they only clean every three days—so no fresh towels, coffee, or restocking. Overall, poor maintenance and lack of basic service made for a very disappointing experience.

Lack of food is very inconvenient. Staff was not too enthusiastic about helping. Phone did not work well and I had to walk.downstairs three times.

The property feels quite dated and in need of better upkeep. The room lacked basic amenities—no coffee maker, no body lotion, and not even hand soap in the bathroom. The AC unit was very noisy, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. In the lobby, the coffee was not hot and the hot water dispenser was empty. Overall, the experience felt unorganized and below expectations. With a few improvements in maintenance and attention to guest comfort, this place could be much better.

For what you pay overall I guess it was the ok. We had issues getting towels and the first time our room was cleaned the next morning after arriving late the night before and crashing we noticed our bedding was covered in dry urine stains. It was fixed immediately but still the fact that it happened was alarming. Several trips needed to be made to the lobby for things that they were unable to provide like simple toiletries.

We had an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel. Our confirmed reservation was abruptly canceled at midnight by a rude and dismissive receptionist, leaving us stranded without accommodation. Instead of assisting us, he lectured us about how people used to travel overnight in his youth, implying we should do the same—completely inappropriate and unprofessional for someone in hospitality. This is not just poor service—it’s a blatant disregard for guests' safety and well-being. Absolutely unacceptable. Think twice before booking here.

The hotel cancelled our booking without prior information, that too the cancellation was done past the check-in time while we were on the way to the hotel, citing overbooked concern. They hung up the phone on us when we said they could not cancel in such fashion, and refused to answer the call thereafter. Unprofessional and rude.

They don't have trash bins in toilet. Paper rolls in toilets are almost over and they are not replaced. And overall it can be still much cleaner. During check-in we got a room which was already occupied and later they changed our room. It's hard to stand outside with family waiting for another room during middle of the night.
