As I have mentioned in many prior reviews, this is a great mid-priced property. The staff has always treated me, with a smile at check-in.They go out of their way, to accommodate any special
requests. Housekeeping is exceptional, with my guest room always very clean. There are basically 4 room types, with superior king's my favorite. Depending on location of your room, the WiFi can occasionally be iffy. Due to my work requirements, I have now stayed here in excess of 100 nights. Highly recommended for most traveler's.

I was unable to receive any hep whatsoever on a refund so basically they stole from me for a room I booked that I never even spent the night in all I did was want to cancel and received no help whatsoever so rude the workers are horrible and rude would never recommend anybody going to that hospital

The room was very small for one with a king size bed. The bathroom was very small. Although you could see updates were made to the place, the entrance door had a gap where the wind and snow was coming through. There was only towels for one guest although we registered with two. The parking lot had a large hole where they put an ashtray container and a cone to keep people from going in the hole, but it took up the main driveway and created a smaller amount of parking spaces. The snow was not removed well, this also reduced the number of useable spaces. There didn't seem to be anyone that was tasked with cleaning up the snow and slush from the walk ways which could create a slip and fall hazard. Had our stay been for longer, we would have left our key and went to another better hotel.

The only thing that bothered us is it smelt like cigarette smoke and we had a child with us. We made sure to get a room non-smoking, but we smelt it anyways.

Parking lot was cleared completely of snow. Room is clean and temperature easy to regulate. Appreciate hot water, plenty of towels, coffee and wifi.

If you need a place to lay your head for a few hours, this hotel is affordable and clean but no frills. I much prefer the indoor corridor rooms for safety and quiet. There's a McDonald's next door. The parking lot facing I-90 feels sketchy at times. The clerk was quite friendly and check in was easy.

I have the opportunity, and need to stay at Erie area hotels on a regular basis.
I most always choose this particular property.The front desk staff, go out of their way, to assure I have a pleasant stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and adequate size. Close to the casino, I-90, and about 15 minutes from downtown Erie. Highly recommended, for a no frills property.
