Everything is great and I love the hotel. Negative is when i am a nonsmoker but i can smell smoking areas or through walls.
The floor looked clean but a little sticky on the floor, and the shower tub was hard to drain.

There was hair in the tub and trash in the bathroom floor. The room had a smell of smoke even though non smoking and I was charged a deposit that was not refunded

The rooms offered had an odor (moldy smell and/or body odor). It wasn’t clean as evidenced by the fingerprints/dust on the headboard, light fixtures and the refrigerator. The bedding had stains on the bedspread and sheets. The bathroom tub/shower was stained as well. The windows were stained and unclean. Totally unacceptable.

Room smelled terrible. They assigned us in one room and it was full of smelly smoking inside. Ironically, inside said no smoking. They gave me to different room - same thing. Finally they gave me to one room but strong mold smelly. I had no choice but accepted. There was one dead cockroach inside the bathroom. Towels have not replaced the next day and the next day. They made me to bring towels to the office and trade the old towels with new towels. Very disrespect!! We walked on the wood floor with barefoot and results its all black on my feet. Not clean or Not mopped. So we had to put the covering from bed on the floor so we can walk on without getting our feet black. But I was trying to be polite. Workers didnt give me an attitude which I applaud but if they want their business in good hand then they must treat us like welcome. I dont feel welcomed. They made choice not us.

Our sink backed up and in 12 hours never cleared leaving a dirty floating something. Our tub backed up and was so slippery you couldnt stand to take a shower. Our safety lock was broken. The electrical was pieced together and not safe. No phone to even call the front desk. Our keys didnt work when we returned to our room. Our room was never made up on our 2nd day. There was NO ice bucket. Worst stay ever. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card if NOT refunded immediately. When complaining to front desk i was told i would be added to the list to be given to the mgr. No compensation offered. I have pictures to back up this review...

I recently had a frustrating experience at a hotel. Despite booking two rooms, I was only given one initially. The receptionist didn't believe me until I showed them the confirmation on my app.
The room assigned to my parents was particularly shocking - it was dirty and reeked of cigarettes. After showing photos of the room's condition to the reception, they quickly provided another room.
However, both rooms had issues with plugs and nightstand lamps. Due to these problems, we won't be booking this hotel again.

Our TV did not work, the toilet seat was loose, the coffee maker was broke. The above bed light was dirty. We let them know of the problems. Someone came to look at the TV and it worked that night but not the next morning. They moved us to another room which was nice. The above bed lights in that room were dirty too, the hair dryer did not work but the TV did. I was glad they were accommodating, but if two rooms had issues I wonder about the rest. I guess that's what you get for$55
