I have no complaints. The staff is always helpful and every time I’ve stayed here, they have always went above and beyond for me and family. It is an older hotel but for the price and location, I will def make this hotel my first choice when staying.

Considering that I spent five nights there with a dog, I found the staff wonderfully accommodating. Little problems were addressed immediately, I had all the amenities I needed and had a comfortable, quiet stay.

Had some crackers in a bag my son was eating from and I found a bug crawling into it… possibly an ant? I just closed the bag and threw it out. My only complaint would be the pillows. Extremely flat - 2 on top of each other barely equaled a normal size pillow.

Horrible! This was the worst hotel room we have ever stayed in! 1. Bed bugs- a couple hours in bed and I woke up red spots on my arms and neck and all itchy. Tried canceling the second night reservation but it was non refundable at that point so we stayed. Each person in our group left with red bumps on their body. 2. Flush didn’t work properly, my husband fixed it twice during our 2 night stay 3. The light above the sink had to be turned on and off multiple times and then eventually it will turn on 4. Safety latch on the door, smoke alarm broken 5.hotel area is quite sketchy and we realized this as soon as we pulled in the first time.
We asked the front desk if we could change the room. The gentleman said sure, but the room on second and third floor are even worse!
The only positive I can think of is the location, which is convenient and not too far from downtown.
Overall just don’t even try your luck, spend some more money and stay elsewhere. I have never written such a negative review for any hotel that I have stayed in!

The room I was given was very small, the sink did not have a stopper, the light over the sink was temperamental, the tub was stained.

Room was clean. Amenities were on the basic side. Facilities in need of upgrade. Peeling frame around door. Soap, shampoo, lotion in dispensers on wall. Had to ask for towels after housekeeping had “serviced” the room - which was basically remaking the bed and taking used towels.

The key did not work. When someone came they had to use a master. Once in the room, it had an awful smell. We were moved to another room where the fridge didn’t work, the water system was wrong, the tub was backed up.

Looks nothing like the pictures online. No screens in the windows. Two towels, air didn’t work. No remote for the tv… I could go on and on. We left at 1:00am
