Really nice place to stay during the trip. The room is spacious and clean. Very friendly staff. The only thing what is not great - is outdated furniture- we had broken vanity cabinet in the bathroom, but other than that - we had no complaints. We definitely will use this place again

The room wasn't serviced during our three night stay but we were given clean towels and the staff was very friendly.
Maintenance never came to light the fireplace but it wasn't essential to the stay. Great location.

Had to change rooms 3 times. Ac didn’t work in first room and had garbage that was not cleaned.
2nd room the bed looked like it was slept in already and garbage in can and on floor.
3rd room had garbage in cans and only had 2 towels.

The breakfast staff were so friendly (the front desk could learn a thing or two from them about hospitality). I knew when booking that this was a pet-friendly hotel but I was happy to see that the room we were in, even though there were a few dog hairs on the sofa, didn’t appear to be worn from pets nor was there an odor of animals. The wonderful, “hidden gem” of this property was the beautiful Veterans Park directly behind the property with a walking path to it. I would certainly stay again.

I checked in my room it was flood on my sheets no one was there to redo my room the bathroom was not cleaned The front desk gave me stuff to make my bed up if I wanted to make my own bed up I would have stayed at home that checked to a hotel
