We had to make a quick run up to Spokane for the night so we could watch our son leave for the military the following day. We got the room we booked. King, river view, non-smoking. It was a lovely room and view. The bed and pillows were comfy and the accomodations were clean.

Nice laid out property, good views of the river, great parking outside of the building, and friendly staff! The only qualm that I had was the shower floor, which I felt could’ve been cleaned on the edges and the shower door tracks a little better. There weren’t enough towels in the bathroom either. It was quiet and we rested well as I had just flown in from the east coast.

One of bedding sheets, pillows, and blanket weren’t fresh and clean. I requested to replace it next day with text as well as phone. Front desk person said she will send the housekeeper. When we returned to the room that night, nothing was done. Bedding should be replaced between guests.

My husband and I liked the modern decor along with the view of the river. The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice. We gave it four stars because the sink was backed up a bit and the toilet, sink, and shower were all in one small bathroom. It would be better if the sink was outside the toilet area or if there had been two sinks. Also, there is only one elevator so if you need it and are in building four (or further) like we were, it’s a LONG walk to your room.

Bed mattress springs were worn out. All the employees wre extremely nice, greeting you with hello and smiling - that seems rare today. Great little dog park for the dogs and dogs walking areas. Perfect place for dog owners.

Paper thin walls. You can hear the people next door as if they’re in the same room. Frustrating when you’re tired from travel and you can’t fall asleep because the snoring is so loud and clear. Even normal tone conversations are heard through the walls. Do not recommend if you’re looking for privacy

The front desk was very helpful. We added a last minute reservation for the night previous to our original reservation. They made the check in and out process quick and easy and we were able to keep the same room.
