I love everthing about this hotel...literally!
My only complaint would be parking. The restaurant is a hopping place and brings people in, which in turn takes away parking from guests staying at the hotel.

Very satisfactory! After a two night stay I departed early, before the desk was open ... left keys in room. Didn't activate email in the early AM, so just now found a "checkout now" site in my email. Hope that's OK and that they know that I left. Also just noticed a "free breakfast" note ... but the provided info only mentions "breakfast available for purchase" alas. View and ambiance less outstanding on the parking lot side where I was, but perfectly OK for me, as I was mainly visiting folks "in town." The room was totally satisfactory. Yes, I'd recommend Ruby Inn to folks. Thanks!

The ADA walk-in shower was just that literally a shower we can get our wheelchair in easily. The only bad thing was they didn’t have a bench, but we didn’t ask for one either I was able to stand up using the handholds. There was enough room that we didn’t feel cramped and the hot tub was accessible with mini stairs and a great hand hold. We did notice a ramp for the pool that we definitely will consider next time

The room was comfortable and the location was nice. The hotel is long, and that meant my mother had to walk further than she anticipated from the check in counter. It could be a bit of a struggle if you have a bum leg. Next time we’ll ask for a closer room.

Great location with walking trails and close to downtown. Our room was super quiet with a nice view of the river. The pool and play area looked really fun for families.

We stayed here before it was renovated and upgraded! We really enjoyed the renovation and upgrades. The pool was great and glad it was opened during our stay! The hot tub was nice. We hope in the future they consider putting EV chargers in as we travelled from Canada and had limited charging in the area.

We stayed here when visiting Spokane to watch a Broadway at the convention center. I appreciated that we could easily walk on the path to downtown without having to cross the street in traffic. Nice hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay. So much in walking distance.

I loved being right by the river. The room is fine no frills. Lovely front desk. Hot tub and patio area perfect for an early spring day. Had a delicious salad on the patio restaurant osprey.
