We had a nice view of the pool and the river. The staff was very courteous anf went out of their way to help. When I asked a housekeeper for help she offered to show me where it was. Also, it's a very short walk to Gonzaga. Parking was free and there was no problem finding a spot. The property is right on the river and the pool area is really nice. Overall, a great hotel to stay at and we will return.

Great views! Our only feedback is the staff and service. When we checked in and out there seemed to be tension between staff members. Although they were somewhat courteous you could tell they were annoyed. At check out, a staff member waited for another staff member to help us instead of helping us herself. However, the staff member who checked us out was super friendly!

Staff were not welcoming or rude, just indifferent. Rooms were very loud. Can hear everyone clearly in hallway and above you. Paid extra for riverside view that faced an old pool that was getting renovated. Very surprised by ratings but because it was not our experience. Room was clean and updated.

Nice pool area and the property is right on the river walk.
The only thing I didn't like is that the air conditioning unit was a bit loud in the night for a light sleeper.

Outstanding! High end remodel, nice restaurant with a view, resort style pool area, beautiful setting on the Spokane River. The room was a good size with all new cabinets and new bathroom. Friendly profession staff and an army of cleaning personnel. This hotel is a 10.

The room was comfortable and the location was nice. The hotel is long, and that meant my mother had to walk further than she anticipated from the check in counter. It could be a bit of a struggle if you have a bum leg. Next time we’ll ask for a closer room.
