Being a Las Vegas first timer and picking this hotel for my first day, it was a great choice. Although, this hotel is the farthest North from the Center Strip, it is the last hotel stop that is connected to Monorail and can explore at multiple stops going south. Also, it sits closer to Downtown (Old Las Vegas) before Strat hotel. Service was friendly and approachable. I and my companions thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Rooms were cleaned daily and we never had to ask for clean linen. It was automatically provided. Along with toiletries being freshly replenished. Staff was very polite. The distance to alot of the main attractions were very reasonable.

Lovely hotel! We got a free room upgrade to a suite. Excellent location with free parking & access to the monorail for the rest of the strip. Rooms were spotless & staff was super helpful. Highly recommended! Even with the resort fee it is still super affordable for the 5 star experience we received.

It's ok. It was midnight when we checked in. At that time, three front desks were still chatting with the guests who checked in. I stood there with a child and seven or eight people were waiting to check in. Then we waited for nearly an hour, but the front desk just ignored you chatting, which made people feel bad!

Was not a good experience, the room we were stayed in was very simple and didn’t even have window screen, our bed even just set direct by the window, we couldn’t sleep in by 6 o’clock in the moring, because the sunrise was just got throught on our face, and we requsted the better room, we end up paid extras $18 per night, we were unhappy for this, feel like we lived in a motel not a hotel!
