Check in was quick and easy. The staff was great! Breakfast was good. I had to do a late check out due to my family being sick and they worked with me on that! The staff was very kind, friendly & personable. If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely stay with them!

Great property right off the freeway. Easy parking with excellent bright lighting. Check-in was fast. Owner politely offered to store our expensive bikes (two) in a locked storage area for no additional charge. The morning attendant (Christie) was very helpful in checking us out, and retrieving our bikes. All and all, a great stay. We will be back!

Hotel was some what clean, bed was comfortable but the lady that does the breakfast was it helpful saw that food ran low and did not get it refilled until 29 minutes after it was done! She looked angry the entire time!

Liked that there was a walkin shower in the bathroom instead of having to step into a bathtub to shower. The only negative thing re this property was a very strange unpleasant smell in the pool area

I was disappointed with my stay, I expected much better. The pool was out of service and the breakfast was very poor – they didn’t even have oatmeal. I will not be coming back here

It was good except the pool was not open and we booked for the pool. We didn’t know until we checked in and no refund was given even though nobody informed us that the pool was closed. I looked online and indeed it said it was closed from July something to August something, but I never received an email letting me know this with the option of rebooking at a different location or even a voucher for another time. The stay was good, although some of the things in the room were run down or broken but we just needed a place to swim and sleep. Overall it was good.

The only thing good about this hotel was it was right off the highway. It was dirty the bed was uncomfortable as hell! Felt like the mattress was about 20 years old! Carpet & bathroom floors & walls were dirty a hole in the wall corner going into the shower from it being exposed to water. We were only there to sleep a couple hour so we could get back to AZ earlier in the day after we had already driven 12 hours from Indiana. Went down in the morning to see if they had any coffee in the morning & the girl setting in the chair behind the counter was asleep & someone else had already been through there & left their key on the counter. It took quite a bit of noise for me to get her attention to wake up. Definitely did not feel like a very safe place.

The email I had from hotels.com said I had a king size bed in the room, but the computer at Sleep Inn my room had 2 beds. The staff would have switched us, but there weren't any rooms available that had a king size bed. I am just glad that they tried. I love staying at the Sleep Inn!! Its conveniently located to places I want to go.
