Sleep Inn Airport

We had reserved a room but when we got there we realized the hot tub was out of order and that was the main reason we had booked at the sleep in. The staff told us we could still cancel our reservations so that is what we did. Overall it seemed like a nice place but we choose to cancel because the one thing my husband wanted was to sit in a hot tub to relax. The staff were very understanding about us not wanting to stay due to not having a hot tub and told us everything had been canceled so I am hoping we don't get billed. Time will tell.

The fan sounded like a plane taking off and got louder the longer it was on. Towels & Sheets dingy

No maintenance was done to parking lot after 4 inches of snow. Not enough towels p

woke up and found 2 bedbugs crawling on my pillow so we left went home didnt drive my car for a week hoping cold temps would kill them if they hitchhiked

They treat me like they have known me for years ! So kind and polite and helpful with luggage and answers to every question ! Always greeted with a smile . I will go here again ❤️

It was very comfortable & close to airport. Staff was friendly & helpful. Lot's of food for brkfst.

Quiet great place to stay liked the pool and jacuzzi hot water.

Early flight but little sleep do to party all night in adjacent room. Will pay the extra cost to stay in a better place next time .

Nice pool and hot tub. Basic continental breakfast.

Room was not clean. Linens on bed were stayed and smelled like coffee. Clearly they were not washed. Motel room had strong smell that caused headaches and nausea.

The place smelled of chemicals, pool area was dirty and full of mold, rooms were not pleasant.

Nasty ghetto place

property served the purpose we needed, a bed and shower. The rooms were not the cleanest, the shower was rusty but had good pressure and was hot, the bed was sagging in the middle. The room was cold when we arrived and finally got to decent temp around 1:30AM.

I truly enjoyed my stay. For the money I paid, it was a great hotel.

I had booked a room for me and a 6 mo. old and was put on the 2nd floor with no elevator. It didn't say anything about not having an elevator and I have trouble walking up steps. At least the front desk guy offered to carry all our bags and the baby up the steps for me. He was really kind and tried to be as accommodating as he could under the circumstances. Our room had a lot of mold on the curtains. It was a nonrefundable room. The guy said I would have to contact Expedia and it would be awhile before I got my money back if they would even refund me. I had been on the road for several hours and too tired to haul all my stuff back out to the car and/or fight the situation. Was switched to a different room and the cleaner was so strong I could taste it. We had to leave for awhile and air it out. Ends up it was masking a strong mildew smell. The shower was poorly cleaned. The bed was uncomfortable. I didn't get any sleep and was sore in the morning. They didn't charge me for a crib but I didn't use it. There was poop or something smeared on the side of the mattress. The front desk guy covered it with a sheet but I still didn't want the baby sleeping in there. Late at night there was a herd of kids running through the hall hollering and screaming and woke up the baby. Worse experience I've had at a hotel in Sioux Falls. I thought it was going to be decent with a 7. something rating.

The place is clean and comfortable

Rooms were clean and it’s within walking distance of the Sanford Arena. Was a little noisy, walls aren’t super sound proof but overall it was a positive experience.

The place was perfect for our needs. Not The Ritz, but it's also cheaper than The Ritz. Very friendly staff.
