Dirty, room smelt like sewage.

This place needs alot of updated.

The staff was outstanding and helpful. I had a marathon race on Sunday and the manager let us keep the room until 1 so I could shower afterwards. She was so kind and sweet and truly treated us well. We will stay here again.

MOLD. Visible mold/mildew in curtains, on walls and ceiling, and the smell was very strong. Equipment in workout room broken/unusable, a major letdown as it was a significant motivation for choosing this location. The shower was filthy, as if a construction worker got muddy/dirty, showered, and then cleaners didn’t deep clean afterward. Most other hotel guests seemed to be members of road or construction crews (which is fine by me; early to bed and rise, quiet, respectful). Staff and breakfast were fine

I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness overall. One exception is opened bottle of peach whiskey on its side in the freezer which dripped inside the fridge. Overall, however, comfortable enough and safe.

Nice clean hotel. Location for us, being in Sioux Falls, was very good! Very good breakfast!

Not a bad stay

The pictures online aren’t accurate in my opinion. My partner and I walked in and instantly felt a muggy feel & smell to the room. Which made everything damp, including the bedding, towels & the floor. The AC had a weird smell to it when you turned it on. There was chips & marks all over the walls. The blanket and pillows could’ve been better, they felt very flat. The bathroom ceiling looked a little gross. The ceiling lights above the bed were broken. We were missing 2/3 pictures above the headboard which made it look very cheap & poorly put together. The room decor in general needs major updating. And we could’ve used more/cleaner towels to start with. We had like 2 body towels & 2 floor towels in the bathroom to start with, and were stained. On the good side, the area was actually pretty nice, we were within minutes of anywhere we wanted to go. The staff was really polite. Breakfast was decent. I appreciate the microwave in the rooms. But that’s pretty much it. I wouldn’t come back in my opinion.

Place was dirty with bugs of some sort b that bit us. Got to the point thatvtheyvdid g ive us a different room but when i went down to talk to the front dest in the morning they got an attitude said they werentvgiving n me a redund even tho i hadnt asked for one and then got snyde and basically said thatvwe were lying. Got quiet tho when i suggested we go look on the bed where we had killed quite a few and left them. Didnt offer an apology, discount, room comp, nothing but attitude. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Decent for the price.

The only reason I booked this hotel was for the hot tub. I live close by so I had no need for a room just wanted to enjoy a hot tub for cheap. Checked in, went to the pool and found out the hot tub was broken. I feel if you can't provide something that is advertised in your description the guest should be told ahead of time. I wouldn't have stayed here if I knew the hot tub was broken.

Mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, moldy airconditioner, patched but unpainted walls, dirty lumpy carpet, used bandaid on the floor.

Our room was not very clean and had a funny odor. The hot tub was out of order. Every window and glass door throughout the property was filthy. We were charged a 50.00 deposit fee which was not mentioned during booking. Breakfast choices were limited with expired milk being served. We will not return to this hotel.

Mold in shower and on bathroom ceiling. Only one washcloth.

The pictures must be before they opened. The exterior of the property grounds are not maintained. Ice melt bad sits by the main door and it is August. The mattress was sunk in. The comforter was stained. When I asked for a new comforter the manager said they do not change them between guests. When I asked about the stained sheets and pillow cases he said “they are clean but nothing they can do with the stains.” Funny, other hotels don’t seem to have that problem. Throw them away. The room lights did not work, one continued to flicker, no maintenance or upkeep has been done on the rooms. The manager was beyond rude.
