We were pleasantly surprised with z as room upgrade was offered to us when we arrived. Our room was a double queen when I booked it but none were available when we arrived . The manager was very pleasant and offered us an upgrade at no extra charge. The room was very nice and enjoyed the extra bathroom. The breakfast was very good too. I would highly recommend and would I stay there again. Very good service and treated with respect. Thank you for hiring good people.

I love staying here when I am in the greater Burlington area. I love having a kitchen to alleviate having to go to a restaurant for every meal. The suite is very comfortable, plenty of space, and clean. Friendly staff! I highly recommend this location.

It was a busy Tamil weekend and I’m in the area for business. This hotel is eco friendly with many families here. Overall a good stay. The suites are nice if you’re looking to have a few home made meals instead of going out.

There was blood on the headboard of the first room we were put in, the bathtub had been painted and the paint was peeling off while we were using the shower and there were dirty dishes on both of the rooms we were put in

The last time we stayed there the furnace wasn’t working and we woke up to 48 degrees Fahrenheit in our room, the time before we had a fireplace room and the flume didn’t open causing smoke to enter the room and the fire alarms to go off for hours

This would have been really great amd we loved the pool but there was a used coffee filter still in the coffee pot in our room and a weird brownish wet spot on the floor in front of the couch that i kept stepping on and it turned my socks brown. Yuck.

The staff was extremely friendly, but it was obvious that sheets are not changed between stays - out of 3 beds 2 had stained sheets and food in them.

Cream and white tile and grout show every spec of dirt in the bathroom, but overall the suite seemed comfy and clean. There was no recycling bin in the room or at breakfast which was a little disappointing as it was advertised. Breakfast ran out of several items with just a few families dining, slow to replenish. Staff was personable and efficient at front desk and performing cleaning in the lobby. Bed and linens were very comfortable!

This place is great to stay the staff and breakfast were great, however, they need to keep up with the maintenance of the property and it was very dirty. I asked for my room to be cleaned and sheets changed and they only had one maid for the entire property to do the work. They never showed up.

Fireplace was not functional, I was very disappointed in that. We had multiple other tenants who were coming out every hour smoking marijuana in their car. Was very disappointed and concerned for my family's safety.
