I have been using this place all winter to enjoy the ski mountains . I ski one mountain then stay and head to the next mountain. The beds are comfy and the shower has awesome water pressure. I will be back !

We were pleasantly surprised with z as room upgrade was offered to us when we arrived. Our room was a double queen when I booked it but none were available when we arrived . The manager was very pleasant and offered us an upgrade at no extra charge. The room was very nice and enjoyed the extra bathroom. The breakfast was very good too. I would highly recommend and would I stay there again. Very good service and treated with respect. Thank you for hiring good people.

Parking not convenient. Two spots for three rooms. Widen the lane to provide additional space for cars close to where their room is located. Facility kind of looked like an old Residence Inn. I'd stay again.

We reserved a "Suite 2 Bedroom (Loft)" We understood when we booked the suite that the loft with the king-size bed was considered one of the bedrooms. However, we did not know that the "bedroom" with the two queen beds did not have door of any kind which was a surprise and not what we were expecting. The suite itself was spacious and it was nice to have two full bathrooms. However, the carpet was very worn and it was very apparent it had not been vaccummed in a while - especially the loft. On the window sill AND floor of the loft there were multiple dead flies. Curtains worn and some of them needed cleaning. All this being said, this is one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in at a hotel in a LONG time and the breakfast that was included was actually quite good. (My children exclaimed, "The scrambled eggs weren't watery and the potatoes had more seasoning than just salt!"

We drove to Burlington for the evening and stayed here as the price was reasonable. We booked a suite, which was nice. The building looks a little run down on the outside, but the rooms are nice. I would recommend staying here.

Well first off the room smelles like it wasnt clean the m shower was not very clean. An dwe also ran out of toilet paper this morning and i had to gonto front desk and no one was there. So i remeber as i was swimming there was a roll.in that bathroom so after i wanted 20mins for a attend i went and took that roll.. not sure i will be spending that kind of money at this place again where i cant even get a roll of toilet paper. And to notnhave a extra roll in my room and we payi g over 200 for a room that smells dirty and tub is nasty no thank you

Had a amazing stay!! Biggest complaint is thst the side walks and 2 sets of outside stairs to get to our room were covered in days/weeks of snow and ice, please keep your stairs clean, my husband fell back of it. Breakfast was wonderful!! Room had so much space and had everything we needed!

This is a nice property at its core, the suites have space, and furnishings were nice, if worn. Ultimately, everything has a little more wear and tear than most other chains permit before a refresh. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Honestly it is an overall great value, and a nice peaceful stay and I would recommend it, with tempered expectations.

There was no housekeeping service during our stay. This would have been fine, but the unit and property did not seem well maintained: no toiletries in shower, no wastebasket or trash can, dirty kitchen floor, dishes left in dishwasher (dirty?). Room phone not working properly. Walkways not cleared of snow and ice for most of our stay. We tried voicing concerns, but front desk did not answer phone.

There was blood on the headboard of the first room we were put in, the bathtub had been painted and the paint was peeling off while we were using the shower and there were dirty dishes on both of the rooms we were put in

The last time we stayed there the furnace wasn’t working and we woke up to 48 degrees Fahrenheit in our room, the time before we had a fireplace room and the flume didn’t open causing smoke to enter the room and the fire alarms to go off for hours

This would have been really great amd we loved the pool but there was a used coffee filter still in the coffee pot in our room and a weird brownish wet spot on the floor in front of the couch that i kept stepping on and it turned my socks brown. Yuck.

The staff was extremely friendly, but it was obvious that sheets are not changed between stays - out of 3 beds 2 had stained sheets and food in them.
