Hotel is absolutely beautiful and quiet, the front desk staff was one of the most friendly accommodating front desk agents I’ve ever met. Property is beautiful rooms were very clean.

The room was spacious and convenient because of the kitchen. It needs repairs such as new curtains, the bathtub had a dent and rust. The staff was friendly the day we arrived and the next day. Breakfast was ok. It definitely needs improvements, but overall, the stay wasn’t bad.

The property is not well suited for mobility-challenged patrons. Decent breakfast. The room door was difficult to open and shut. When we arrived, the dishwasher was running, and the room smelled like someone's dinner. There were ants in the room. There were stains in the sheets. The person at the front desk helped get us replacement sheets. We would think twice before staying here again.

I took pictures of my room. Lots of stained dirty carpets. Two out of three TVs did not work, 1 was missing batteries. No soap and dirty linens/ towels outside our room( we checked in around 7:00 pm so it should have been cleared away. People were smoking right outside our door. The “ hot tub/ jazucci was colder than the actual pool and did not work. Only really nice thing about the hotel was the check in staff who was alone and was dealing with so many people at once.

We enjoyed our brief stay at Sonesta. All of the staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was good - eggs, pancakes, toast, hash browns, etc. Room had a full size fridge with freezer and microwave. The room was surprisingly quiet. The building is a little run down, but overall this place was great!

The hotel was good. There was nothing that was awful. Staff was helpful. We were a family 2adults 2 kids that were able to utilize a pullout to sleep the kids. Was more than adequate. The building is older compared to others in the area but was not falling apart. Very easy to get to from main roads close by to a good amount of amenities as well.

The air conditioning was full blast but a sliding door was open with a hole in the screen so the room was full of bugs. They were on the walls and bed. I was given another room. Sheets old and scratchy. Low quality. Not well maintained.

The room was horrible it has Bugs and spiders on carpet and around the walls
I asked to change the room in middle of the night because my 2 kids were scared of the Bugs crawling on them
The staff member gave another room but sadly the other room had also same issue (I was discussed)
I won’t ever stay in this property anywhere in the US and I won’t recommend it to anyone .

The room had urine from an animal-likely a cat-in the tin. A discarded toilet was at entrance to the room. Garbage-discard food-on railing into room.
