Hotel is absolutely beautiful and quiet, the front desk staff was one of the most friendly accommodating front desk agents I’ve ever met. Property is beautiful rooms were very clean.

There were very noisy Air Conditioning units at ground level that started and stopped relentlessly all night. I could not change rooms.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay. From the moment we checked in, the condition of the room was unacceptable. The carpets were stained, the walls were dirty, and the curtains had visible marks. To make matters worse, we encountered two spiders in the bathroom — a clear indication that the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained.
While breakfast was advertised as included, there was absolutely no coffee available on the second morning. Even more concerning, there was no staff present at the front desk to assist with this or to help with check-out. I attempted to call the main hotel number for assistance and received no response.
This experience was far below what I expected and what was promised. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the standards and service moving forward.

The property is a dump. Everything about the property, including the exterior was rotting comma the furniture was old and broken the walls, feelings, plumbing fixtures, everything was an absolute disaster.

I had reserved 2 bedroom suite. When we arrived told no suite available. Gave us 2 rooms in different buildings. When we tried to check in room was occupied!!! Embarrassing!!

Stains everywhere. The room smelled like cat pee. There was dirty dishes in the dishwasher from a previous guest from who knows when and the shampoo/conditioner things in the showers are just for looks because they’re empty.
Thought I paid my first payment back in April when I booked but found out when I got there that they never took the payment so nice surprise to find out you still owe another $300 for a nasty room.
The front desk staff were nice, about the only redeemable quality of the place.

The staff was very nice. Some of the rooms had broken air conditioners. The property is run down. Even though it said it was a 2 bedroom with a loft, there were no doors on either bedroom. That’s something we should know ahead of time. Breakfast was excellent, except they kept running out of coffee and forgetting to put some things out.

This property is so warn out and disgusting we immediately checked out and stayed somewhere else. The stairs are rusting the wooden treads are rotting. Inside everything is worn and appeared old and dirty. We were afraid to sit down or touch things.
