Our experience was great. Room was good. We slept great. I loved that we had a kitchen in the room so we were able to make dinner few nights and not have to go out to eat every night. Kids loved going to the pool. Other guest were nice. The employees were nice. Will definitely stay there again.

A Friday night in April cost me $109. It’s easily worth 3x that. The room was an entire suite/apartment with a full kitchen. It was very clean & nice & quiet. We will be using the place again.

I booked this place for a business trip. There were shady people thebparking oot, motel 6 syle furnishings, and a very strong odor of mold in both rooms i tried. When i exained i have allergies and cant stay i was told i would be automatically charged. I try to stya here once before, and snet a message that mt flight was delayed due to a labor strike in Germany via the app. I was told they never received the message, despite ut appearing to be read, and i would bw charged as a no show. The prices are cheap because the quality and service are sub par. Dont waste your money.

Property was relatively decent. Somewhat outdated. Sofa bed for my child was awful and not sleepable. Was refused additonal pillow for my child to use because we already have 4 in the room. Hot tub was closed. Hot water for shower only lasted for a couple minutes a shower.

The hot tub was closed during my entire stay. The sign said "maintenance scheduled. " The pool rarely had towels. When we asked for more, we were told there weren't any.
There was a form to sign about not throwing parties. On our first night, there was a very loud party outside my room. It woke my husband and me up around midnight. It didn't quiet down for some time.
Breakfast was good and well kept. Gail was the woman providing service to this area. She is the reason for the 3 stars, because it would've been less. She was very friendly and kept on top of the little breakfast buffet.

Although the room was listed as non-smoking it actually must have been a smoking room in the past. We saw a number of cigarette burns on the carpet, one on the stand next to the bed and the odder in the room was noticeably of cigarette smoke. There were no hangers in the closets, and we had to run the water for 15minutes before warm water would finally arrive. We stayed here years ago under different management and were very pleased with it then. This time, the condition, furniture and comfort were significantly down graded from our previous stay.

I like that there's really no hot water. It was less than one more like cold a little.
And that Jacuzzi was out of order. It's not cool.
