Our experience was great. Room was good. We slept great. I loved that we had a kitchen in the room so we were able to make dinner few nights and not have to go out to eat every night. Kids loved going to the pool. Other guest were nice. The employees were nice. Will definitely stay there again.

A Friday night in April cost me $109. It’s easily worth 3x that. The room was an entire suite/apartment with a full kitchen. It was very clean & nice & quiet. We will be using the place again.

My fist time staying and like it very much. Nicely clean and quiet. Also liked the complimentary breakfast.

Property is extremely outdated. Rooms were moist and warm and refrigerator and dishwasher reeked an awful moldy smell. Maintenance came the following morning after 10am and instantly the loft filled with gnats -really just made best of experience but never again.
In addition the shower curtains, carpets throughout, and couches appear not to be well maintained with proper cleaning service.

Nothing like the pictures online. Dirty, had to change rooms due to cigarette smoke smell in first room. Hair in shower, unsafe location, packed up our belongings each day to bring with us. Other cheaper, nicer options within 5 minutes of this location.

Plenty of dining options within a reasonable distance, but the room had a full kitchen and while I didn’t use it it was a great option to have. I didn’t use the pool but it seemed popular during my stay.

I was forced to book this hotel because nothing else was available after a late cancellation out of Providence. Because it was close to the airport.I assumed they had shuttle, but I couldn't find any information about it so I tried to call the hotel...4 times, no answer.
Checked in to a second story (no elevators) "suite". Yes, it had extra space, but it looks like a bunch of college kids party there. Carpets were a mess, bathroom is very dated and it hadnt worn well. It was NOT worth $250. I wouldnt pay over $100 for it.
Sonesta should be ashamed.

For us, this hotel was chosen because of the photos online. This place looks NOTHING like the photos. The firepit photos with the cushions...no...the firepit does not even work. The rooms with a fireplace, there are signs that you cannot use them. Also, the jacuzzi does not work either. The rooms are questionably clean. Not a $500+ a night hotel stay.

This hotel was a huge disappointment. The photos online were completely misleading and did not reflect the actual condition of the room. When we arrived, we were hit with a strong, unpleasant odor inside the room that never went away.
The carpets were badly stained, bugs were visible throughout the room, and the curtains were ripped. The floor felt sticky just walking across it, clearly not cleaned properly. The shower dispenser was flimsy and barely functional, which added to the overall rundown feel of the place.
We paid $330 per night, and for that price, I expected far better. Honestly, this is the kind of condition I’d expect in a $100/night motel, not something charging triple that. This hotel should be rated 1 star at most. I would not recommend staying here under any circumstances.

Property needs major repairs. Stairs are missing concrete, rooms either heat or cool to an extreme no middle temps, room phones do not work, when it rains water was going into the fireplace (did not leak into our room) but definitely had an issue from the roof, some rooms did not have air conditioners.

The last day we were here the person at the front desk was rude and disrespectful
We needed new towels and face cloths she made me bring the dirty one the to front desk to get new one
I am in a wheelchair and it was not easy to do that. I told her that it would be not easy for me to bring to the front desk and the answer I got was I don't care if you want clean one that what I have to do
She was not nice at all and very inconsiderate
