Good experience but need to pay parking fee.

Clean and friendly staff!

The hotel is under staffed. However, the service is still good. The employees are very courteous and helpful.

Chambres spacieuses et bien équipées. Enregistrement assez long. Nous avions réservé 2 chambres et nous avons été à 2 niveaux differents. Le personnel du petite dejeuner n'était guère aimable et efficace.

Watch out for the sneaky and deceptive listing! The listing says PARKING available. Be sure to Look at the fine print on the next page where it says $5 fee for parking. Just because Expedia lists all taxes and fees included doesn’t mean the hotel won’t sneak in extra fees.

there was hair and poop left in the toilet as if the staff never cleaned the bathrooms

Had to wait for a person to check me in. Given key cards for an occupied room. Had to wait at 7:30 pm for room to be cleaned

Staff - very nice people

Room was filthy. Carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed in years. Doors are dirty and couch is broken. Grounds are not maintained. On the other hand, breakfast was good and the shower worked well.

Overall the room was nice but the phone didn't work to call the front desk or room service. The carpeting throughout the facility needs replacing and in the elevator it was filthy and foul smelling. The keypad to the building where our room was didn't work and they never fixed it causing us to walk around to the other side. Also, because the keypad didn't work, guests or staff propped the door open with a rock making it unsafe and insecure for guests.

Couldn’t be checked in until 6pm. No hot tube like the pictures. Lady was rude in check in

Everyone was pleasant and the receptionist was very kind and did an excellent job helping me feel comfortable. Great price and breakfast not only do I recommend but hope to return.

I made a reservation to stay here about 1 month in advance on Expedia. There was a group of us staying there moving our girls into college. The hotel called me at 1:00 in the afternoon of checkin day to say that they didn't have a room for me as they were overbooked. I explained that I was staying there with a group of friends and they didn't care and just say "call Expedia to get you a new hotel". As I was by myself and in a strange place, I was not happy with this but luckily Expedia did find me a room in another hotel. My friends who did end up staying there said the rooms were not very clean and it was probably a good thing that I got bumped.

The property was not as advertised. Truly disgusting had multiple cockroaches in my room. When I checked in another guest was screaming at the front desks staff. The whole hotel was sketchy and I felt unsafe the entire stay.

Great Hotel, I would recommend to friends. Very helpful & friendly staff.

Always lack of stuff. Every time this place is getting worse.
