Liked that there was a fridge and microwave, the room could stand some updating, the best thing about the room was the bed,rest of the furniture could be updatedand bigger pillows,but the staff was great.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable, bring extra pillows. Could be cleaner. The floors and walls of the hotel room were dirty with red brownish drips and dirt, especially in the bathroom and right when you walked in the room. Breakfast was light, waffles, cereal, muffins and hardboiled eggs. Coffee was good, came in multiple strengths. Pre-checked in on my phone but did not save anytime, had to re-give information and reservation was hard to find.

This place is so nasty it needs a complete overhaul. Walls are dirty, spots on walls and ceiling from where killed cockroaches and left the stains, bed spreads stained, (I always have my own) shower drain clogged up, toilet barely flushed, patch work of plaster what a joke, cockroach ran across floor, I started to actual gag and had to leave. Tried to explain all the things wrong but lady had answer for everything instead of goin to room to actually see. You would think they would inspect and check everything daily or after each stay but from some of the people I saw lingering smoking wouldn’t care about others property. If you don’t respect your own businesses and fix or tend to your rooms and items that go with it others won’t either. I suggest fix paint clean get new items before having guest rent rooms otherwise sell it.

The hotel was dirty to include hallways and room, bedspread had holes in it, stains on the walls, vinyl plank flooring dirty, washer and dryer out in the hall had someones close strewed about all over the top of them and the shelf above. Did pre-check in online and provided copy of id and credit card for incidentals and still had to pay $50 cash deposit at check in and give my id which made the pre-check in pointless. Came during shift change to check in and had to wait for them to count the drawer, per online pre-check in all I should have needed to do was pick up my room key. Blond female with no teeth cussing at the guy counting the drawer because the drawer was $1 short. My advise is pay a few dollars more and stay elsewhere

Nope!!! Reviewers raved about the breakfast….. not sure where they stayed! There was a single bowl of apples, waffles, bread and packaged muffins as well as the typicalcereal machine and bagels. Nothing special at all. Typical continental. The room itself had stained sheets with burn holes, what seemed like oil stains on pillows and another stayer had blood stains on theirs! Smelled smoky, bathroom ceiling looked as it there was water damage that had an ATTEMPT to repair, and even stains on ceiling. Workers drinking in the parking lot…. If I had been with family, I would not have stayed!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping did a great job each day!!
The room was just okay. Dresser drawer was missing a handle and broken, the refrigerator had dents in the door, the toilet seat was extremely loose, the tub was missing caulking around faucet and valve.
Continental Breakfast was available but you had to fix it yourself. (Waffles, cereal, toast, and tiny muffins)

This is an average stay. The room was clean, but smelly. The entire building has a smell. A lot of smokers. The appearance of the grounds is not desirable. Like i said this is an average stay for the price. I stayed during a Special Olympics event and needed a room in a pinch. It served its purpose.

Absolutely awful experience. The staff was rude and clearly couldn’t care less about basic courtesy or professionalism. The place was filthy — floors, surfaces, everything felt neglected. The air inside was thick and disgusting, with a strong smell of smoke that made it hard to breathe. It felt more like a rundown bar than a professional space. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone — completely unacceptable.

No maintenance beig done,first i had to put some paper in so it would close, shower is so limed up that you could bearly, pull it to get shower to work shower head is filthy,elevator was super dirty,room could have been cleaner too, poor house keeping and look like no maintenence is being done. Never stay there again.

I'm an animal lover, so having ants pour out of the A/C was lovely. As an added bonus, I knew I wouldn't be spending the night alone. If I wanted to feel closer to someone, I could have used the stained wash cloth. It was probably washed, but one could always hope! The A/C did make the mold smell go away, while I was out for dinner. I bet that A/C has a good filter! Having fruit flavored yogurt, which contained no fruit, was a new experience for me. So much to say. So little time.
