Nice hotel

I don’t often leave reviews on here but I thought I would given the good service I was provided by the staff at the front desk, I didn’t catch the young man’s name at the front desk on the night of the 16th of September but he was very friendly and accommodating to this couple from New Zealand, so I hope this review reaches him and he is well looked after by the management. Will definitely recommend to others. Thank you.

The rooms smelled of mold. The floor was dirty. The bathroom sink has rust on it. Next door outside was a fence and there it looked like homeless people living.

I went there because my ac went out at home and i get there and the ac is barely blowing i had to skeep with no cover all night cause it didnt get cold. !! The room smelled like weed in a non smoking room . Restroom vent was falling down. NO IRON , THE IRONING BOARD WAS DISGUSTING . There was fly that came out of the sink. Ughhh never again!!

Floor in room looks like never seen a mop. My son took of hes shoes as soon as we walk in the room, 2 mts later they were totaly black. Was there to 2 nights but only stayed 1 and wasn't able to sleep because of woman banging on door in front of my room and screaming, scared my kids and me. Will never go back there and hopelly i get refunded.

Coffee was amazing and the staff was awesome, followed thru with every request I had

People got dogs out barking all night and when i checked in my room the fridge had food in it still

Horrible places would never book again pictures look nothing like the property it was a horrible smell I booked a non smoking room and smelled like pure smoke ! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! bedding was filthy had dirty like someone been walking on the beds with muddy work boots, only good thing was the man at the front desk he was very polite! Do better best western!

I was shocked a BW would be this bad. The floors hadnt been cleaned in i dont know how long, and im not over exaggerating. All the bad reviews outside friendly staff are true. If you are on vacation, heads up, they rent rooms by the week jere to the unhoused. Not an issue if it was clean and quiet but people obviously smoke in the rooms, bedding NOT clean, and BW should be ashamed. We literally got here after 10pm and had to be on the road early so had no other choice. Never again will i stay where i pay anything that is 70 bucks for this. Breakfast, toast, yogurt and some kind of microwaved egg. Someone was even burning a bag of god knows what in the parking lot. If your passing through do not book this unless you are prepared to wonder if your toilet was even whipped down. The people downstairs were in and out all night with a party and its wednesday. Horrible experience folks, and ive stayed at bws for years, this is the worst stay in my 45 years.

We got 2 seen beds, both sheets were very dirty. We were offered non smoking rooms, Room smelt cigarette very badly, bed sheets and pillows smelt very bad , cigar smell.Floor was very sticky and dirty too.

For the price and what I needed it for, it was fine. Just a quick stay and it’s all good.

The room was dirty, the sheets had an odor and stains, there was hairs everywhere, towels were dirty and had makeup stains, the information that they provided is not true, everything was horrible and I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The A/C unit in the room could have been a little colder as the room did stay kind of hot, but all in all it was a pleasant stay!

Property wasn't like the pictures. Hair stuck to the sheets, stains on the shower curtains. Burn holes in the comforter (non smoking room). Look like homeless people sitting by fence. Not at all what we expected from the pictures on Expedia. Wouldn't stay there again. The desk personnel were really nice!
