Easy and fast check in. Easy and direct access to Ballys so you don’t have to any side streets can enter and exit the boardwalk directly You can see the age in the hotel but it was very clean and quiet

Beds wete comfortable and the room was very clean. Only issue is that the charging outlets on the table lamps did not work. Also the $25/day parking fee whether you were a hotel guest or not was a little outrageous. It should be returned upon check-out if you stayed in the hotel.

The staff @ the VUE ROOFTOP LOUNGE were on fire, my wife and I sat at the bar around 12pm and left slightly before they closed. The drinks my wife had were good and the wine selection for me was adequate. We had two dishes from the menu and were very pleased. Other then the super slow elevators the stay was great.

The elevator situation is out of control. You have a completely sold out hotel, 2 working elevators- because one was PRIVATE for a wedding- you tell injured people they can’t have help getting their bags to their rooms. Literally a 20-40 minute wait just for an elevator. Will NEVER stay here again.

The Claridge is older & is in need of complete renovation. I suggest closing down an entire floor at a time for renovation. The csrprtd are old. At one time a 20 floor hotel only had 1 working elevator.

Probably the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. From check in to check out, it was terrible. My experience is just way too long to write so I’ll summarize. First set of keys didn’t work, had to wait over 10 mini for elevators, another 45 in line just to get new keys. They thought a tough policy on smoking, but the entire place smelled like a weed dispensary. There were actual crack heads outside the lobby area getting high. Staff was rude. Obviously they again.dont enforce the quiet policy. The room next to us partied all night. The toilet constantly ran. I don’t know the area, but my fault for booking a room in the worst part of town. This place needs to be torn down, along with this unsafe part of town. I like highly recommend looking else where if your coming to Atlantic City.

The room had no heat. Had to be multiple times and still slept in our clothing. The parking fee is higher than any other hotel. Will not be staying here anymore and will not recommend to anyone

I wanted into my room and the Oder smack me in the face as if I was in the wrong room. The layout of the hotel looks like an old 1920’s house. The customer service representatives(3) were engaged in a full conversation with total disregard that I was a guess looking to check in. I said hello and was ignored. Over extremely disappointed with this property. I would never recommend this place.

We have stayed several times at the Claridge, and this was the first time we had a bad experience. The lady at check in acted like we were bothering her. I asked her about the valet parking, she stated he is out there he was not. Someone had to get hm, although he was very respectful and nice afterwards. Once we were in the room and attempted to go up to the Vue the in house bar we could not access it via elevator, we were told to up the steps. My husband is not able to go up steps due to a hip issue we talked to the front desk and they seemed to not care and told us to walk up. We did enjoy the Twenties restaurant on site and our waitress went above and beyond to make out evening enjoyable. W# will not be returning to this hotel

Very nice old school property. Priced right for what you get. Seemed they are trying to save on heating pretty much the entire building . My wife and I could not enjoy either the pool area or the restaurant due to this uncomfortable situation.
