I love that this hotel was so antique. The pool was nice. Needs more towels in the pool area but still very nice amenities like cabanas and tables. The furniture was very antique and beautiful. Elevator was fast. Rooftop area was nice. Two restaurants on site.

The room itself was clean, which was expected and appreciated. However, the carpeting in the common areas, particularly in the hallways, was noticeably filthy and in need of attention. Additionally, only one elevator was operational during my stay, which caused significant a inconvenience for all of the guests, especially during busy hours.

Staff was unprepared to handle sitations in a timely manner. Garage parking was confusing as well as disgusting. Couldnt use neither of the staircases out because the bottom floor was literally layered with feces and urine so you had to find some alternate route through the hotel.

The hotel stay was decent. I read previous reviews some good and some bad, however we had a good experience. The hotel was clean and inviting. The pool was decent. We stayed for two days and didnt get to enjoy the full amenities. Wished the room offered a microwave. However we would definitely come back:-)

A water pipe burst on the 19th floor and the hotel was without water from 1 AM in the morning till around noon time the next day it also caused for the elevators not to operate so the entire hotel was running off the two elevators, the lack of communication from management Was not good. It was extremely inconvenient and the hotel did nothing to compensate anyone whatsoever.

Issue with water on Saturday, 26Apr forced us to leave (no running water, including toilets) made for unsanitary conditions. one of 6 elevators were working (safety issue. i personally observed 3 homeless people in corridors leading from garage to the hotel lobby saturday morning (safety issue)

For two days I saw cigarette buds on the floor by the elevators. Some homeless people walking inside asking for money. My rooms shower backed up and the garbage can were not emptied.
