We had no telephone nor iron in our room upon arrival. It was only one washcloth in our bedroom. Come to find out after we requested an iron and tried to use it, it didn’t work…Not a good experience for us!

The problem was the elevators two out of six elevators, and the weekend was very busy with plenty of people staying at the hotel. They had us used the freight elevator when we checked in.

One of the worst hotels i have ever stayed. We paid over $ 300 a night.Pool roof is collapsing. they pop pathced them with card boards. Elavotors dont workd. Staff is not friendly at all. Bathroom in room doent have fan.

The room itself was clean, which was expected and appreciated. However, the carpeting in the common areas, particularly in the hallways, was noticeably filthy and in need of attention. Additionally, only one elevator was operational during my stay, which caused significant a inconvenience for all of the guests, especially during busy hours.

Staff was unprepared to handle sitations in a timely manner. Garage parking was confusing as well as disgusting. Couldnt use neither of the staircases out because the bottom floor was literally layered with feces and urine so you had to find some alternate route through the hotel.

The hotel stay was decent. I read previous reviews some good and some bad, however we had a good experience. The hotel was clean and inviting. The pool was decent. We stayed for two days and didnt get to enjoy the full amenities. Wished the room offered a microwave. However we would definitely come back:-)
