They need to fix all the elevators. Some were inoperable. The first night we were there a group of people were talking about being stuck for 30 minutes on one and didn’t want us to get on with them. Also the staff needs to give better directions to parking. We ended up in a different parking lot.

We have a guest next door they he’d a lot noise up to 5 Am we call the front desk the security came but they didn’t stop the noise we paying to not sleep was so bad
I will not step there again and the hotel did nothing to accommodate us was bed experience never again

This is the first time I was disappointed staying here. My room smelled, there were toothpaste stains on the door. The toilet paper was low when I got there and when I went to change it someone's tweezers fell in the toilet want I'd rather handle that myself for obvious reasons but the problem was someone else's tweezers being there to begin with. You guys got better with low life's hanging out in front of the building though

Spent the 4th and 5th of July at the Claridge. It cost 701.00$ Then they took us for 54 dollars to park, valet refused to let us use a luggage cart unless they did it. Then we got to the room. The dead bolt on the door was faulty and had to wait an hour for someone to come and fix it. Then we found trash in the room, a busted bathroom sink and an air conditioner that was on motion control so when you left the room got really hot. When you slept the room got really hot. We had the worst two nights sleep ever, after waking up in pools of sweat. Then I saw the mattress we were sleeping on. It was ancient with massive brown stains from years of people sweating on it. I woke up with a rash on my arm that now, on the 11th is finally going away. Would not recommend this hotel.

Everything was great just what reserved overview room the hall ways smelled clean and good room was nice and clean pool area was perfect pool was warm and relaxing. Little issue with check in but both front desk ladies were nice and polite. My only concerns is my family and I was hungry and went to 23flr to VUE was disappointed of the hospitality wasn’t clean and wasn’t please with staff so we left.

The hotel need a lot of renovation and cleaning. The only good thing about the hotel, is the location. Everything is old and dirty. The pool was the most disgusting thing. The ceiling was broken and the pool was extremely dirty.

The hotel was vastly understaffed for a holiday weekend. Check-in took almost an hour. Restaurant was closed on July 4, when literally every restaurant on the Boardwalk was full. Tried to order room service and no-one answered. Tried going through the front desk and they couldn't reach room service either. We had to drive somewhere to eat. Out of 5 elevators, only 2 worked at most the entire weekend. We spent most of our time waiting for elevators. The pool was cloudy and the roof was covered with plywood that didn't completely cover the hole it was meant to cover. The room was quite spacious, but extremely dark. There were three lamps with very low lighting. The location in proximity to the Boardwalk is not bad, but you have to walk past a lot of homeless people. I would never stay here again. The price we paid for 2 rooms was absolutely not worth our experience.
