Loved everything and the front desk people are amazing

Property is under renovations and we were told when we booked. Looks like it’s going to be really nice when done.

We had a great time and enjoyed the hotel. The outside is being renovated, but the inside is finished and is nice. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable. They have a free shuttle to go downtown. The staff was friendly and helpful. Roda and Chey were the front desk staff that went above and beyond to help us. Close to Maroon Bells and to downtown.

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was amazing, love the cedar lined details. The BBQ restaurant is delicious and the backyard is stunning!

We didn’t know about the extensive renovations going on at this property. We booked this property for the peace and quiet of being outside the town and because it had a hot tub and pool. Hot tub and pool were closed and there were works, scaffolding, debris (and workmen) literally outside our window. We were informed that, because we booked through a third party, this is why we weren’t informed of the situation. We are still customers of the hotel, regardless of how we booked! However, I have to say that the front desk staff were wonderful and so very helpful! They must be dealing with irate customers by the hour, yet they handled everything with courtesy and friendliness. I really appreciated their help and attitude, despite the shocking state of the property. Hats off to them! Despite all this, I would have avoided booking this literal building site if I had been duly informed of the situation.

The Inn is currently under construction. It is in a peaceful location. Shuttle is useful to go around the city. Our room had a poor design for shower leading to leaking water to bathroom. Also, hotel does not have its own restaurant for breakfast and there are limited options at restaurant onsite.

This was a very nice hotel. Easy to locate, park at and very accommodating. The complimentary bikes you can use are great and the free shuttle to anywhere in town is such a luxury. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The in hotel restaurant is also really good! (Bbq) Only downside was there is some construction happening and the pool/spa is not open right now. But, overall all our stay was amazing and we will be back!

Excellent Staff reception.

It was a surprise arriving at the property to see The entire hotel area where the rooms are covered with scaffolding on both sides. So rooms over the parking lot and rooms overlooking the mountain and pool area recovered with scaffolding doors to the patio blocked off with plywood and view obscured with scaffolding bars.. work started outside our room at 8 o’clock in the morning till 5 o’clock in the evening with a digger operating just outside our window and men operating other equipment. It’s quite a shock because none of that is clear in the Expedia listing. The hotel staff pointed out showing me that the pool area is being renovated in a small note in the details about the property. Complete Gross under explantion! Completely shocking! Secondly, the rooms are well decorated with a very comfortable bed they’ve obviously been updated. But the fact that it’s an old hotel most rooms have an adjoining room next-door that can be joined. Bye a door separating them. The problem is you can hear the people talking in the next room as though they are in the same room with you there is no privacy and that respect or Quiet if someone is there. If someone is talking or speaking on the telephone, you can hear every word that is said. The room is very comfortable and well appointed.. the staff are amazingly friendly and there is free transportation shuttles to take you into Aspen or Highlands are most places you want to go. I’d recommend it as a good place to stay when completed!
