Such a lovely place and such beautifully trained staff. Highly recommend this as a Milwaukee destination— and be sure to go get a drink at the Blu lounge on the 23rd floor for stunning views of the lake and the city.

My husband spoiled me for my birthday, and I’m so glad he chose the Pfister. The concierge brought up a bottle of complimentary champagne to kick off my birthday weekend! There is a fantastic bar in the hotel lobby with plenty of seating. Our room being on the second floor above the lobby was absolutely beautiful, for an older hotel the renovations were impressive. Plenty of room and very comfortable. The shower was fantastic. Room service was quick and the food was hot and delicious. Everyone there was friendly, polite, and welcoming. Definitely would recommend!

The staff were helpful and friendly and the valet was fast and efficient. The Bed was very comfortable as well.
