I didn’t stay too much in the hotel but every time I did it was clean and refreshed! They had a lot of parties this weekend I loved it, it was lovely and didn’t disturb at all. The celebrations were gorgeous and the staff were still attentive to the guest there who didn’t attend the parties.

I stayed in room 321 June 14-15. Not only was it a noisy hotel due to their being two weddings that I was not aware of, but also was walked in on by the cleaning services not once but three times.

Our stay here was wonderful. Staff was nice and pleasant. Property was clean. Beds were magnificent. My only complaint would be the buffet. It was not good but there were many options, everything was clean and staff was wonderful.

Sheets had black stains on it and there was fake nails left in the couch from prior guest or housekeeping. Guest services was very polite and professional. Nice hotel, housekeeping coukd be better.

We’ve stayed at Westin numerous times and have never had an issue. Yesterday we had an issue with the toilet not flushing. We contacted front desk and asked if they could send someone and they never did. We ended up having to go down to lobby to use restroom during our stay which was pretty inconvenient.
