Check-in was a breeze!!! Excellent staff!! Within walking distance to lots of food options, Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse, and Huntington Convention Center!!! Great price for the room. Will definitely stay here again!!

There were people screaming, running up and down halls, playing loud music, sounded like there was an altercation of some sort going on near us. We had a conjoined door to a room not with our party someone tried to get into during the middle of the night. Hotel was good. However our stay from 1 am until check out was not good, wanted to leave early but were scared to leave room with things going on in the hallway. Walls were paper thin and could hear entire conversations of rooms next door.

Poor front desk service. Did not catch the persons name, but they were very rude and dismissive while i was on the phone trying to resolve an issue.
Checking in in person was easy and more calm.
I understand its hectic during check in and busy but the rudeness was VERY unacceptable. Better training is needed

Everything about the hotel was excellent except for parking. The parking garage roof is real low especially for a truck! Kind of felt like I was in a dungeon! The parking charge to go in and out also, not pleased with that. Other than that I would give it 5 stars!

I have stayed at many westerns and truthfully when I booked their in my mind, I had a vision of what it would look like in my room. It was clean for sure, but very outdated and dark.. I did have a lovely view of the lake and the staff was absolutely wonderful. The parking was a little much as far as the cost, but I was not too surprised being that everything is expensive now and it was a downtown hotel. The valet gentlemen were absolutely fantastic and I hope that they are acknowledged for their hard work. I will definitely stay with Weston again, but honestly, probably not the downtown Cleveland location just because of the interior decor of the room. Thank you so much for listening to my thoughts. I thank you very much.

The property is a typical Westin- clean, updated and nice amenities. My dislike is about this particular stay. It was sold out (or close). There was a volleyball tournament nearby, so obviously there were lots of teens and parents. I think we were the only ones on our floor without kids, which is fine if the kids were respectful. The loud yelling and running down the halls was awful. I was very close to calling the front desk when the emergency alarm went off around 10:30 pm. After speaking with a mom of a volleyball player, she said this has happened the past 3 years when they stay here!! There are 23 floors in this hotel and the elevators were, obviously, not running during the “emergency”. All these people from 23 floors walking down the stairwell , when there wasn’t even an emergency, was insane. Now try getting back up- when 2 of the 5 elevators weren’t even working!! We waited 30 minutes for an elevator when we first arrived! Walking up 9 flights of stairs with our bags wasn’t an option. I normally don’t complain, but this wasn’t a pleasant stay.

I really would like to give a great overall rating, but I was underwhelmed. The hotel in itself was very nice. It was the state of our room that I was not impressed with. There were zero trashcan liners. There were zero condiments for the coffee so black coffee was the only option. Also, the lids that they left for the coffee cups didn’t fit the coffee cups. There was candy from a previous guest on the floor. I feel like there was lack of time spent cleaning and stocking our room.

Loved my stay. The only problem was an odd smell that I noticed at the onset and throughout my stay. It could have been the cleaning solutions. Other than that everything was great - except for loud neighbors at 1 am. But I know you don’t have control over that.

My room was 1923 and the toilets the shower and sink had no cold water only extreme hot water. I did not have time to mention it to the staff.
