Very nice hotel...valet was slow but it was duevto short staffing. Very courteous though. Would definitely stay again. Restaurant was good as well.

Here’s the issue. Downtown Clevelsnd is extremely depressed. It’s a dying city and this once nice hotel is understaffed with NO amenities and a bad restaurant. But the staff who ARE there are very nice. The room had that bad hotel smell but was clean and comfortable enough. They really need to do something about that smell in the rooms. It’s like trying to be some kind of fragrance but it’s gross.

Nice property. Not as upscale as the typical Westin but it’s clean, well maintained and convenient to Euclid street, The Flats and dining. There seems to be a staffing shortage however, they are accommodating and really attempt to make your visit pleasant.
