The property is in a good location and as such the hotel is in high demand. However the property is on desperate need of a complete refurbishment. Furniture is torn and worn out and maintenance lacking.

Upon arrival I was informed that since I waited to check in till 3am my king room was not available any longer and had to take a different room! Then starting at 5 am there was some kind of music or base playing all morning till I gave up and left!!!

I have a $100 charge on my credit card that I provided at check in. My trip was paid in full before I got there but understand the security deposit policies. I don’t understand why this transaction hasn’t been reversed or dropped, there was no issues of any kind with the condition we left the room in.
