The staff were nothing short of amazing!
Our flight was delayed so I called and spoke with Kayla who ensured that our room would be ready when we got there first thing in the morning.
When we checked in AP was fabulous and was very informative and helpful with all of our questions.
The rooftop lounge was amazing and Brian gave us impeccable service. He was very friendly and personable.
Shae at the lobby lounge was the absolute best! The Westin is very lucky to have her as an employee. I would go back just to visit her!
Overall, it was a great experience and I would stay here again.

Place is fantastic. Only complaint is that the showers are not good at all. Terrible pressure, clogged shower heads. Shower is beautiful but they need to update the shower heads. Other then that amazing resort and beautiful

This was our second stay at the Westin. Very neat & clean. The ONLY complaint was the length of time for the valet. The valet guys were working their tails off but it seemed to be chaotic and unorganized. It took over 40 minutes to valet our car upon arrival and about the same at check out. I understand it being a busy weekend however, they did not seemed staffed adequately enough for the volume of traffic.

Hotel Was quite far from broadway - 20 minute walk. However,, hotels on broadway were ridiculously expensive, like $200 more a night. So westin was worth it. Taking Ubers was easy. We were able to walk home from some restaurants. Slept great. Gym was awesome, very clean.Would stay again.

Beautiful hotel with comfortable beds. We paid $60 to valet because we were worried about the recent car break-ins in that area. Our room faced railroad tracks, so not the greatest view. Next time we'll stay closer a few blocks closer to the strip.
