Great hotel

The stay was great. No issues. I will suggest that the bottles in the shower should be face forward to know if it's shampoo, body wash or conditioner. Next the coffee and tea stirrers are unsanitary because they are not wrapped. The person taking them out the box to stock them has to put their hands on them and this is not sanitary. Also dust collects on the stirrers while sitting there waiting to be used. Providing wrapped stirrers would be more sanitary. COVID is on the rise and when one person grabs a stirrer, they often touch another stirrer. Last, the furniture in the rooms should not be cloth due to absorption of odors, and body lice, bed bugs etc. Having leather or vinyl is better for wiping off and inability for anything to hide.

We booked through Expedia, had our stay confirmed for a 2-bedroom suite. Upon arrival we got checked in, guest services was not friendly. Went to our room and it was a 1-bedroom suite with one king bed for a family of 5… so we went back down to talk to guest services, got told that booking through 3rd party is cheap and doesn’t guarantee our room, basically. So we have to contact them. Expedia refunded our stay and we checked out. Guest services on check in could have told us that the room we booked was unavailable, she knew exactly what we were talking about when we back to the lobby. Instead she tell us booking :rd is check, which was the same rate as the hotel upon booking. Just a more convenient process. Instead neglected to tell us and let our family of 5 got into a room with one bed. The inconvenience and lack of friendly staff will prevent us from staying in the future.

The place was really great, We loved the room, especially the bed so soft and comfortable. The only thing that was bad was a heated pool in the summer.but we still swam in it

The staff was so nice! The hotel room was clean and comfortable. We had an issue with our TV and they fixed it right away. The breakfast was delicious!

The staff at the hotel was superb. Very helpful & extremely friendly. The breakfast was excellent, especially the oatmeal with all the fixin’s.

A very nice room with 2 separate bedrooms. Only issue would be the price being high because of the MCWS.

Some of the property on the backside outside of the pool was not in good condition i.e.weeds. It needs cleaned up.

Our stay was comfortable. We would definitely stay again when in Omaha.

Overall place was quiet, clean and well maintained. Stuff is polite and helpful. I didn’t like that it wasn’t close to restaurants or stores walking distance. Other than that we had everything we needed in the room even to cook if we wanted too. Recommend

We made our reservation prior to arriving to Omaha. Assuming the Marriott name we thought it would be well kept and safe. The outside of the hotel is very unkept, dirty, and dingy. Checkin reception was rude. The inside is quite dated. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast did not have good, healthy options. It was hard to find help while eating. The girl was so busy trying to keep stocked she could not take care of guests. She needed more help. Would recommend other families to go somewhere else.

Hotel was OK. The suites are very nice for a family with kids. Only thing to complain about was the provided breakfast on a Saturday morning was poorly stocked. Had to wait close to a half hour to get a bagel to make an egg sandwich.
