Property was clean and well kept. I think the maids should knock before entering rooms. I was walked in on by maid who did not announce herself at all. She was checking rooms without even introducing herself.

My a/c did not work. The was clean and spacious. However my room was stuffy, and hot. The a/c never changed from the temperature of 75
My check in was at 4p.m. i went to dinner and at 11 the room was still hot. I should have been offered a extra day or something according. Its a shame because the property is beautiful. However, because of that incident im not recommending this resort.

Staff was friendly. Pool area was nice. Apartment, however, was so musty and damp that we developed an allergic reaction. We asked for a fan or a different place, but apparently nothing was available.
