Gas leak near pool
Could not open my window due to the odor. They did not want to call the fire dept (again) broken fridge with a rotting food smell.

The hotel is interesting, the lobby was nice and toasty, the doors leading to the hall ways were cold making the rooms cold. However we had the heater set to 70 and it definitely kept warm. It was 5 minutes away from a cute little attraction called Golfland. And is about a good 15 min to the convention center. The staff were friendly and they had a complimentary breakfast however we didn’t get to enjoy due to other engagements. We would definitely come back the next time we are in the area.

Loved the colors, atmosphere and location was convenient. Price was good and loved the 12pm check out. Only thing i wished was a veggie option for breakfast like potatoes or scrambled eggs (we dont eat meat) but overall bfast was filling! And forgot our swimsuits! Also wish we had a view of inner courtyard rather than outside because of sun shining right through our window. I guess i could have asked ...will save it for next time! Thank you!!

A happy returning guest of this property. The Staff is both personable and professional. Convenient location. Love the continental breakfast. Really like having a coffee & tea maker in the room. Great retro vibe in the Lobby & Lounge area and in the rooms. I appreciated the Hotel decorating for both the Christmas Holidays and at Thanksgiving… very festive and a nice touch!

Ive stayed here several times in the past and its always very nice. The year round heated pool is my #1 reason for returning. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. Bed is very comfortable and the location is perfect.

The stay was great! The staff were super friendly and helpful. But I want to give specific praise to the Front Desk Crew who were working on Sunday December 8th around 6pm! They made my stay even more enjoyable! Please give them my praise and thank you! I would 10/10 recommend!

This hotel looks different from the outside. I feel like they only did renovation on the inside. The exterior needs a little touch up and it’s right on the busy street. It’s a plus with the free breakfast and cute little pool area. I only stayed one night for my Spartan race the next day so I didn’t get to do much.

The bathroom is so cold. The room’s heater is at the opposite end of the room and very little heat makes its way to the bathroom. Can this problem be solved ?
