My daughter and I had a long layover in Cleveland so we went Wyndham bc of closeness it wasn’tFirst, the shuttle couldn’t pick us up bc they stop at 10:30. Second, we finally arrived at 1 am checked in went to seventh floor, tired and with all of our luggage

From the start we didn't receive any proper customer service I specifically asked if the pool was available and was told yes! This was an absolute lie and the court yard was unavailable too. We couldn't get any ice for at least 3 hours it was so hot in our room and we were told that there's maintenance going on with the coolant I really didn't appreciate the way I left that situation

Hotel is nice comfortable rooms and beds and convenient to airport. Easy parking. I did however have to walk a long way back to front desk twice because keys wouldn't work. Weird two card key system. Reception gave no explanation or apology. Made a very long day longer.

Valentina checked us in and was so helpful and kind. She went beyond the call of duty in helping us check in for our Frontier Airline flight online. The gentleman at the front desk was polite as well and so were the shuttle drivers. What we didn't like was broken pretzels on the floor in our room. That caused us to question other things about the room that may not be sanitized. Also, we had no regular coffee, wash cloths, and toilet paper and had to make a trip back to the front desk. Valentina graciously took care of us.

The trash was not emptied from the previous occupants. The toilet ran all night & the bed was hard as a rock. Check in time was supposed to be after 3, but they sure charged the card I reserved the room with well before we were even there. Breakfast was horrible. Will never stay in a Wyndam again

Let’s start with the one positive thing about this Hotel. The breakfast staff was kind and incredibly friendly and helpful. That’s it. The hotel smelled horrible, some places smelled like smoke, some like marijuana, some like must/mold, and was so dirty. There was garbage in the closet of the first room we were given. Then, upon moving, we found the air conditioning broken which would not have been a big deal except for that it pumped out so much warm/damp air that the room felt like a rainforest. The third room we were given smelled like an ashtray but at least the temperature was better. The elevators were broken/out of order. The room keys did not work more than half of the time. The card readers to enter the alternate doors of the hotel were broken, so you always had to walk around the building to enter. There was no hot water available in the shower. And the toilet was sitting at an angle in the bathroom as if it had been twisted there, and was not easy to flush. With the exception of the breakfast staff, everyone else working there seemed like they couldn’t be bothered to help with even basic things like towels, which were not in the room when we got there. I wish that we would have taken pictures of everything that we encountered. Because if I had not lived it, I wouldn’t have believed it. If we hadn’t had such a short trip, where we were out all day, we would have moved hotels. I would recommend staying literally anywhere else.

the Hot tub did not work. elevators were hit or miss, at one point we spent 20 minutes riding from the first floor to the ninth. we asked for ground floor and close to each other and got neither. some of the bathrooms were not in working order. toilet in our room we had to jiggle the handle to get it to fill up.

The elevators on the tower side were mostly ok but sometimes noisy and sometimes the door would not open wirhout pushing the open door butron and most times the level was off so you had to step up when exiting.

Its was the worst hotel stay ive ever had and i tarvel alot. Checked in Friday night at 9pm and got to my room 347 and there was no towels or wash rags or hand towels and no soap or shampoo. I called the front desk and told the lady and she said ok. Never showed up that night. Called the desk in the morning and told them what i needed and desk person said I would have to wait till housekeeping comes in. Checked out of the hotel Saturday morning to go to a different hotel because of the terrible service.

The lady at the front was extremely rude, the rooms had this terrible fragrance like air fresheners, had to where a mask it was awful. The toilet was broke wouldn’t flush and there was NO hot water. We left 4 hours later couldn’t stay here. I really should be getting a refund!
