staff was friendly but 1st room hot then 2nd not clean, no hot water, and no wifi in room. hallways were sketchy with several rooms propped open. seems like something not right going on there.

There was a lot of maintenance happening hot tub was unusable, the lobby bathrooms were dirty with no toilet paper, garbage on the ground and a wig on the counter. The floor we were on smelled like mildew, and smoke. Hair all over the bathroom floor in our room. Floors were dirty throughout the building, main floor and carpets throughout. Dirty stair wells and elevator was getting jammed and going to random floors we didn’t choose to go to. Overall would not stay here again.

Good things, room was clean, breakfast was good, now the bad, which is alot which is why i don't recommend anyone stay here, pool and hot tub down entire 4 day trip, besides room rest of hotel was filthy, garbage outside not changed entire time we were there, a/c in room wouldn't cool room off, still 82 with it running on high, have outside courtyard but couldn't use a it was locked entire stay, desperate need of updates and drop clean

Our room was clean and nice. However, just walking through the hallways, the floors were dirty and needed to be swept. It gave a negative impression of the hotel at first sight. The air conditioning in our room did not work and it was 80 degrees in there. It took the staff a while to find us a new room, but they did upgrade to a larger room, which was the proper response for our inconvenience and was appreciated. Even the hallways on the upper floors were hot. Those were our only complaints. Other than that we were satisfied.

Overall the room was good. I did have a slight problem with the toilet. The tank kept leaking water shutting on and off. Also the shower had no cold water. I had to shower using very hot water. I had an issue with the staff at checkout. The agent lied when she said she said that she charged my debit card when At first she did not. Poor attitude

Rolling chair at desk in room 691 had a very loose arm; lost power to entire room around 3am not sure when it actually went off do t think it lasted too long, but unfortunately, I use a cpap machine so it shut off. Outside property could use a little attention; but I would use the property in the future if needed

The staff were nice and friendly. We didn’t have toilet paper and we had 1 towel for 4 people. We asked for towels and had to wait 30-45min. The rooms around us were waiting for towels as well. We woke up around 3am because the room was hot. We realized we didn’t have any power. When my husband checked out, he asked if we could have some kind of discount and he was told they’d take it in to consideration. When I looked at the receipt he was given, it was $20.69 more than the room was suppose to be.

If you’re looking for a budget hotel 10 minutes from the CLE airport with parking and friendly staff- this is you. Go book now. If you’re the type that needs your room to be clean but don’t necessarily want to smell that Bleach- (or whatever they use) kind of clean; Have everything up to date, pretty, and polished, this is not the one for you. We checked-in around 3:45pm. We were assigned a room and hauled our belongings up. The room we were given was still being cleaned. No problem, Front Desk staff promptly and kindly resolved the issue. First impressions after getting a closer look: This hotel is very dated and in need of some TLC. If you have difficulty walking longer distances, it is a bit of a trek to get to the double elevators from the front desk. The bedside outlets did not work. The water took (what felt like) 10 minutes to heat up to shower and the tub/shower slippery. No grab bars so make sure you ask for an accessible room if you need one. The shuttle was also being serviced next to the main entrance and the driver had to shuttle guests to/from the airport in his personal car. While I appreciated having the ride, I hope the hotel compensated him generously. Upon return from travel to pick up the car, my family waited over 45 minutes for pick up after a 2:00 pm arrival. For a 1 night stay solo, I’d say book if you don’t care about an updated hotel and want to save a buck.

The first night we arrived to our room they put us in a room that had not been clean. It had other people‘s things in it, as well as no air conditioning. They moved us to a different room that the air did not work in that either, there was no hot water. We had to call them to turn the water on every time we needed to take a bath or shower, the pool was very dirty and closed most of the time when they did clean it and let us in the water was ice cold. You couldn’t even swim in it. They gave me a $78 parking ticket for parking at the hotel even though they had my information… they stated they would discount our stay for all of the inconveniences but did not. They closed breakfast earlier than they said it was available… I have never stayed at a hotel this bad that is supposed to be a great hotel the owner of the hotel was very rude not only to guess but to the employees. It was very dirty throughout the hotel. I really would like to get my money back to be honest it was absolutely insanity..

Horrendous experience. Asked for more towels and blankets for 2 straight days. Toilet barely flushed. Sink handle fell off. Never came in to service the room when we were gone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Then on day of checkout went to the front desk to make sure the manager called me. The manager wasn’t there and she told me she would have a manager call me on Monday. ….Still waiting for that call.

Rude, beds was broken had to switch rooms the new room the AC doesn’t work. There were stains on the furniture. It was just nasty and the people there are nasty. It has changed so much. The pool was nasty. The hot tub didn’t work. None of the doors work if you parked in the back parking lot, you had to walk all way around to the front to get in. That’s not safe. It went downhill.
