The view was the best part of the room assigned however, plumbing issue was the only faulty experience i encountered. The staff are amazing! 10/10 for customer service!

Priced well. The bed was clean and comfortable. The room was partially remodeled, but don't look too close. Under the sink was a bucket to catch the leaking drain, and moderately filthy if you looked too close. The view was great and the location is convenient to down town. The lobby is cute, and the bartender was friendly.

This hotel was dirty and needed renovation. Our drawers did not work and stayed open. The hotel is leaning ( not level ) in some places.
The staff was nice, but lights in the parking area were dim and the area did not feel safe.

Friendly staff and I’d like to give a big shout out to my front desk ladies! If I had an issue, they were on it! The parking lot and the area around it are a little sketchy but it’s a very nice location for an easy walk to Ghent or the heart of downtown! Renè was also an excellent bartender. I didn’t try their food because there’s so much good food to go out to so close!

My stay was terrible, nothing was stated about the $15/day for parking and upon my first night I noticed a cockroach in my room. They switched my room and the room they put me in had a strong smell of mildew. I strongly advise people to stay elsewhere

Heat barely worked, TV stopped working in the middle of the night, the shower set off the smoke detector for some reason. Water pressure was horrible as well. Entrance to the hotel was a confusing mess. The doors close so loudly they sound like gunshots, the walls are also paper thin, so my husband was kept up all night. The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly, thats about all we enjoyed other than the location
